I really, really loved this home. Thank you for providing us with the grand tour. The bedrooms are a great size, and I love that all of them have their own bathroom. I'm only familiar with Lincoln Park on the renter side, so this was a beautiful change of pace. Thanks for continuing to highlight the beautiful homes in Chicago!

Even the kitchen sink has so many details. The entire property is wonderfully decorated except for the decorations. All the fixtures are very well designed. The flower globe chandelier is so cute. Those decorative doors in the living are amazing. Is putting cloth baskets at different places in the house a new trend? and the car is impressive. !!!

You should tour 201 W Grand Ave, PH 2 in River North! It has such a beautiful architectural design and the outdoor space is one of a kind in the city!

Wow so for 2.4 million you get a walk in closet sized outdoor space! Maybe your guests can take turns being outside during a party? 10 minute intervals with a max of 30 minutes during any one party.

I knew this building looked familiar! I've driven past this lot for 2 years and they JUST finished constructing this building within the last few months. Its windows are still mostly dark, so I've been wondering when people are going to move in. Now that I know how expensive that place is, I'm also wondering where they'd park their luxury vehicles because I've only seen street parking around there...

Absolutely, there’s an underground garage. I believe you can get a couple of spots per unit.

Andrei Savtchenko I agree! I guess my question really is, with similar finishes and construction quality, will buyers be willing to sacrifice on amenities and common spaces? Is there an expectation of having these in a condo building- especially when a single family home in Lincoln Park would have a yard and outdoor entertainment space?
That’s a great question. The Orchard actually offers impressive amenities. They have a high tech gym with Pilates reformer, Techno bikes, and on-demand classes. Their rooftop deck is hotel caliber with stunning garden installations, waterfall, built in Subzero/Wolf kitchen & grill stations, and dining/lounge spaces. The developer also built the Towers Collection luxury rentals next door so Orchard residents can enjoy their outside amenities including rooftop pool, hot tub, sun deck, sky lounge, game room, dog and even their guest suites when friends and family are in town. I guess you can have it all! 😊
Lovely kitchen but I'm crying at the fact they painted the draws and doors if I am paying for a walnut kitchen I want to see it fully and not covered in paint.

I am continually amazed by the fact that these expensive and luxurious American homes do not have separate toilets. It's just plain DIRTY! Who wants to have aerosolized fecal matter circulating and settling on your toothbrush, towels, soap and every other item in the bathroom? Yuk. Not me...

They paid way too much for that kitchen.
The price point is at retail if you were to go out there and buy it for yourself. The developer got a much better deal I’m sure 😊
