I really don't get why this channel doesn't have more traction you have ''Erik Conover'' quality videos and you upload pretty frequently. I guess not many people look at real estate outside of NYC which is dumb since Chicago is the third biggest city in the country.
Yikes! I love this home because it looks like a fancy hotel (not some cookie-cutter modern Scandi place)! But if the HOA fee is more than $150/month, I'm out.
@@Mateo-et3wl Perhaps in Chicago. I live in a small condo complex in Phoenix and the HOA fee is $145/month. But we are a small complex and self-managed, have no pool, no gate, and we are responsible for our own sections of roofs. And Phoenix is really not much cheaper than Chicago anymore, so $145 is rare even for here. I imagine that the insurance companies will be forcing us to raise HOA fees through the roof, though. Our government does not believe in mitigating private corporation greed.
You have the wrong picture @7:03 - you mentioned kitchen designer Mick DeGiulio but the picture is of Lucien Lagrange, the architect of the 65 E Goethe.
You should have your own TV show! Well done.

Preach! Thank you for the kind words and support.
I dont want to state the obvious but I'd rather look at $5m property in Chicago vs NYC. (More space and treasures here vs NYC.)

There are no condos in the entire city with an HOA below $200
