    Nicki and Tim I'm a recent new subscriber, and I find myself watching you all most of the time! (About five shows a day) I'd like to just say that I've been making my cornbread in my cast iron skillet for years, but I do something a little different that you may like as well. I pour about half my batter in the skillet then cover that half with local honey, and then pour the rest of my batter over the honey. It always comes out great! You have your own honey, and I thought that you might like this idea. Happy Easter folks!

    Looks at my plate and look at y'all's plate... Sighs........I haven't had crackling cornbread since I was a kid. Next time I make my ham I'll add the sweet potatoes to them and cook it all together. Thank you for these recipes Tim and Nicki this looks delicious!!

    Is there any particular part of the animal that the fat has to come from? How do you store the cracklins? Do you have to pressure can the lard to store it? What is a good numeric temperature to render at? Great show as always guys. Thanks for all the hard work. Jon LeCroy, Aviston Illinois

    I love your UA-cam channel! Have you ever used CampMaid Dutch oven tools? I just received it as a gift and I'm wondering how the food turns out when you flip the grill and use it as a smoker?
