This officer should train other officers in the field.
This lady driving illegally should've been giving more than a ticket by now. If she caused an accident, some responsible law abiding citizen would be screwed. She was so entitled to admit its been couple years, numerous ticket valuations (Not Paid). Then her genius son, Einstein in the back seat thinks if he states the fact he'll have no ride to work if she tows the car is gonna assist in the situation LMAOOOOO.. You just told the cop yall are planning to illegally drive again tomorrow.. SMDH, ya gotta wonder
@@emfisher8168 Lets not get carried away. The male disobeyed a lawful order. It was at night, 3-4 vs 1 cop. All of the occupants were being uncooperative. It would have been perfectly reasonable if she slammed him into the concrete after he refused to sit down. Not taking control of a situation like that can be very dangerous. This was a situation that needed to be swiftly taken control of once everyone started arguing and disobeying orders. I have been trained on situations exactly like this at the academy and experienced them as a police officer and in armed security. This was not the time to play Mr./Mrs. nice guy/lady, it was the time to get mean. This was potentially too dangerous of a situation to attempt verbal judo type deescalation. The woman was already taking advantage of her for being nice and the rest of the passengers were starting to do the same thing. In the end it worked out in that particular situation but I can say through my training and experience, in a situation where you are alone vs multiple non-compliant suspects, at night, those are not the right tactics to use. I have single handedly and with one other officer dealt with crowds of up to 50 drunk and unruly individuals....if you act like she did in the video, you will get run over. If you walk up to them angry and with a purpose, it will often surprise them and they will shut up and follow orders. This is actually a deescalation tactic in itself because of that. In the right situations you can start at a high level and gain compliance, preventing any future potential dangerous actions. Sometimes being angry/mean and/or using a small to moderate amount of force at the beginning can prevent having to kill someone or someone attempting to kill you later on, because you took control of the situation and they know you mean business. Different personalities and situations require different approaches.

@@mrfixit5620 if u have outstanding tickets your license will b suspended.
David Rubin .... that’s true but in this case she had a valid license
@@mrfixit5620 I hope she does. Its gonna cost a lot to get the car back
Mr Fix it if her license was valid which i highly doubt it's not anymore.
You been driving this vehicle with no plates for two years the rest of us have to pay insurance registration title fees
@The Bee Guy It's called the law.. we like to follow the laws of our land as opposed to wasting money paying fines tickets impound fees bail and being imprisoned.. makes life less stressful and easier.
@The Bee Guy The sovereign citizen argument doesn't work in real life. Nor will it ever be allowed. There is too much money at stake. That is reality.
PERIOD
Registration is just $72 a year and insurance if you own a car $20 a month, so pretty not to do it.
Skorp Saiyan depends on where you live. Owning a vehicle doesn’t change your insurance premium. My registration is $224 a year. Insurance is $150 a month. I paid off my car in December 2019. Still $150 a month.
I love the 'how am I going to get to work'...literally not the officers problem.
suspect: the lights are hurting my head
cop: that's fine
"you're not recording me" yet you evidently signed a waiver so they didn't have to blur your face out.
They don’t have to have them sign a waiver unless it’s a big crime that involves a investigation like pounds of drugs etc..
I'm gonna hafta side with Kasim on this one, we all know she can't read, much less write.
Since they are out in public they don't have to have a waiver signed.
Don't need a waiver unless your a minor.. it's public record sadly
@@dylanlevy2107 why sadly? Don't be stupid, don't break the law. Do you ever notice that normal law abiding citizens never end up on this show?
