@@saniyanaheed Depends on the size of katori and grain of rice. One mid sized bowl of long grain should suffice. If you want to do it a little quicker , keep some of the ingredients soaked

Not, simple is the best just soak rice for 15 mins nd remove extra starch. Then cook the rice ., Cool it and use this recipe
This was a go to meal, in hostels and for long long train journeys. I still love it.
