Tried it today..I cooked 1 glass of rice with onion, carrot, aloo and band Gobi.. Added half tbsp of biryani masala..and it came out really well and tasty..perfect fried rice recipe..also I made raita with Kali mirch, zeera and a lil bit of Chaat masala..it went very well..also to add more flavour I put some ketchup and chilli mayo on top..it was all yumm.. Overall a very easy and tasty recipe..Also I put some salt in vegetables too so that it spread evenly in rice.

No. Soya sauce is must to add that pungent flavor. You can skip vinegar if you don't have. Vinegar tastes like Imli , but imli not to be used in veg fried rice.

Have tried this recipe two times now, it is very simple and easy yet super tasty. We enjoyed the fried rice, thank you for the wonderful recipe!
Ingredients
Oil
Garlic
Chopped onion
Veges:carrot, beans,cabbage,peas, capsicum chopped
2 tbps soya sauce
1 tbps venigar
Rice
1 tbps black

Basmati rice is parboiled?
never add hot rice for making fried rice . left over rice is recommended or the rice should be cooled down so your fried rice dosent get mashy
I didnt see any mashy rice, it depends on how much u cooked the rice before to throw into egg or veggies✌✌✌
It depends on the country. In South Asia (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh), this is how fried rice are made.
