I dont get why anyone would want to hate on anything you're doing . Even if they think it can be done differently, then constructive criticism is always welcome . As a social media person you'll need to understand that not all your viewers will have emotional intelligence. It is what it is.

Might help if you put a drop of lavender essential oil on the sole of your foot and rub it in before you sleep at night. It absorbs better on the soles of feet and you might feel calmer the next day. Also please make sure any essential oil you use is not estrogenic and does not stimulate cancer cell growth. Wishing the best for you.
