You are extremely a really good friend to vin you both do a lot of things to people who need it but be very careful that they don't start taking you for granted I've learned the hard way I live in Pakistan and I've helped a lot of people but they started taking me for granted and kept asking for more and it's difficult to say no as well it makes you feel bad and guilty too .

Vic you should also do programs with the residents on how to keep the area clean so that the water can flow freely

Victor mental health is such a big issue there is so much to talk about the importance of mental health is to have a discussion group or support group they need help with each other and it’s not only suicidal there’s many factors the way you communicate with them the way you speak with them you have to learn to draw them closer to you and speak with them in a calm manner
