I just cut off the pipes on exhaust when replacing. Makes the work faster. From NJ btw.
Exactly if you aren't reusing it cut it off and save a bunch of time
I commend you... exhaust work on the ground can turn into a nightmare.

What a pita especially in the driveway. Props to you 🤙🏽
Got it done in 30 mins,, note: use the 2 ft extension to loosen up all 4 bolts, then undue the clamp, then ratchet around the rear control arm and muffler til it pops out, don’t disconnect anything! Then undue the o2 wires and remove the 4 nuts from under the hood, then get under and pull her out. I used a regular wrench to remove the o2 sensors

Angel, I once saw a guy use a brake spring installer, remover pliers to push the muffler support pins through the rubber mounts. I haven’t had a chance to try it but you get more chances than me

I think after about 5 minutes I would have considered a sawsall .. even if I couldn't have welded it back together somebody else could have for $100 to $150.... But I think you have the ability to weld
Al least clean those two oxygen sensors before putting them back .
I have a question about a 2000 Toyota Sienna P0420. When I bought the van I did change the Cat for for it but it’s been three years and now it’s come back. I definitely didn’t think it could have gone bad that soon. I’ve swapped out the 02’s on both banks and after cat. I have the original ecu 89661-08050. And saw that it could be picky and there was a revised ecu 89661-08051 for the P0420. Have you ever swapped ecu for it or just replaced the cat. Also I did use NKT brand for the sensors but did keep the original just incase. I don’t want to replace the cat but just wanted to ask you if had this issue with your Sienna. Thanks again for your awesome videos.
I live up in the rust belt, this coming summer I have an 11 CR-V that needs new everything after the exhaust manifold. Holes in the catalytic all the way to the muffler.

Quick question. That part that holds the muffler. Where at the end was hitting against the metal. When you drove and turned left did it make a bad noise. Cause mine was the same way and now im hearing a nasty noise when i turn left. Thanks
