@B the Installer and class.. If you guys absolutely had to choose between the A95L and G4 at 77 inch, which would it be and briefly why? Use case streaming movies/tv content in moderately lit room (room brightness about a 5 or 6 out of 10)
S90D is far and away the best OLED for the price this year. I've had it since March, and aside from a few motion issues I absolutely love it. LG made solid improvements with the C4 by the looks of it, so it's up there value-wise as well, but imo Sony deserves no spot on this list for the Bravia 8. It's basically the A80L repackaged with a tiny bit of a brightness increase, yet it's marked up to the same regular price as the S90D and C4, which is a garbage move by Sony. QD OLED is the way forward, and completely untouchable when it comes to color, contrast and brightness. Samsung's processing is still questionable in some scenarios depending on what you're watching, but the good FAR outweighs the bad here. Gaming is also absolutely stunning on the S90D, and comes with a TON of customization options. Takes some calibrating, but it is definitely the absolute bang for your buck OLED tv this year. The S95D will be slightly better, but for the extra 1-2 grand, it might want to be, haha
S90D and C4 are very similar. QD OLED is brighter and more colourful. But when watch low quality content C4 is much better upscale. Also S90D without Dolby. So they are very even. But one very major factor is build quality. QD OLED is 2 years new and WOLED has 10 years history. LG WOLED is a very mature tech. Also LG is much better QC than Samsung do. For a expensive TV, reliable is one of the major factor.
@@Whitewolf_1186 also the C4’s in the store I work in have a weird green tint off angle, and the S90D is way brighter than them. We did some tests with HDR content too and not having Dolby Vision on the Samsung made no difference at all because it only matters if the TV can’t hit 1000 hits peak brightness in HDR. So they looked virtually the same minus the Samsung being brighter and more colourful, and also having better reflection handling. The difference in upscaling we found was almost not noticeable, also since upscaling is just upscaling, anything that isn’t native 4K, no matter what TV it’s on just looks meh, no amount of upscaling will make it look native. Plus at the distance 99% of our customers sit at, there’s literally no difference.
I found out the u8n 75" use ads panel like you said, and the others va panel what makes thr picture better but loses viewing angle. In a huge tv i dont get a point of having viewing anglr but ok. The question is... did you watch the other u8n va panel? Is there a huge diffence this ads panel against va panel watching that you would say dont buy the 75"? Thank you.
Great comparison. I like sony since the days of the triniton days and I am currently looking to get a new TV since my sony 850 is 10 years old. I am torn between the A95L and G4. I have a sony bar 8/sub/rear to clear all the wired setup I had, since I think wireless speakers have greatly improved.
Look at rating review on the LG c4 vs the LG b4 yes the c4 is a little brighter and has 144 at the hdmi and a few other features however for the most part the c4 and b4 are really the same tv. A lot of people probably could never tell them apart. Black Friday deal for the 77 b4 is at 1600 and for the c4 is on sale for black Friday for 2200 that’s 600 more then the b4 . To me the b4 just seems like such a better deal , take the 600 you saved and get a 2 ch setup for a soundbar . In 2024 for my main tv I couldn’t see myself going smaller then 77 inch
I bought the 3 port Fancy LED box because of you. Love that thing. Do OLED’s in 2024 still have burn in? I’ve wanted one forever and money isn’t the issue, but I just can buy a OLED and be in fear of burn in. I bought a big QLED and love it, but I know picture is even better on OLEDs. I like to sleep with my tv on some nights, so burn in is a fear for me.
If you simply will use some common sense and about 1 or 2 seconds worth of discipline and ensure that you don't leave the TV turned on with a particular image that is completely still on there for long period of time many days of the year multiple years straight, you don't have to worry about it If you know that you're going to have a movie or TV show or game or any other still image on that TV sitting there whether it's paused or whatever for longer than 20 or 30 minutes straight, just turn the TV off. It's a simple one button press on the remote. And you can easily come right back to whatever it is you were doing on there. Chances are this simple Common Sense old school fact that I just explained will help that Olay TV last easily more than 10 years
Great comparison... Thanks. I am looking at the G3 83" which is on sale, it does not have the MLA technology but since I would be viewing it in my dedicated home theater with total light control black walls ceiling and floor I would not need the brightness of the MLA screens but would it be worth it or go for the G4 83" at twice the price?
S95C is much brighter than the S90C, also has the infinity one design so you can mount it flush on the wall with the samsung slim wall mount (it’s thinner than the LG G models and mounts closed to the wall with that mount), 8 speakers vs 3, 4.2.2 channel with upfiring dolby atmos vs 2.1 channel sound, freesync premium pro vs freesync premium, object tracking sound+ vs object tracking sound lite.
83" Bravia 8? Inquiring minds want to know more? Is this just a guess or are there any "crumbs" out there? The last Sony OLED to be that big was the A80L I believe. The one thing that is holding me back from an OLED is the lack of anything larger than 77". The G4 has a larger size but also a BIG price tag. Also, it looks like the A95L is holding up well for being a year old. The other wild card is the reappearance of Panasonic back in the US market. I will be interested in the reviews and comparisons with the Panasonic. Thanks.

Please I need help. Which 77 inch should I get for to put in living room for tv shows and moviea, and (some gaming) LG C4, Samsung S90D, or Sony brava 8
Well as far as the TV shows and movies portion goes is any of this content content that you own locally like you've ripped physical copies that you want to put into or you have put into a Plex server for viewing on your TV of the convenience? Is any of that content not full HD or not 4k? If the answer to that those questions are yes you need to compare the SDR content performance of the TVs and see which one upstairs those pictures and images better without losing details and with his little or no background black pixelation as possible
You say the S95D games great but what about the one connect box issues? I returned my S95C 77” becausey XboxSeriesX was literally unplayable at 4k 120 because of signal blackouts due to the one connect box. I was basically forced into getting the S90D to avoid the one connect box (I would actually love to have the one connect box but just can’t because I’m a big Xbox gamer and refuse to deal with those issue).
I returned the S95C for the drops as well despite loving the picture quality when it worked. The S95D does not seem to be having the same issue this year.

The whole point of the tiered ranking system is to use it. Leaving everything on S, A, and B tiers isn't going to help the people who clicked on this video for the title. You should consider prefacing the rating endeavor with "All of these TVs are the best you can by right now in my opinion. With that said, some are better than others - for various reasons - so let's rank them from S to D."
Do you know the difference between (and which is best) these two Samsung S90D? S90DATXXU (QD-OLED panel) and S90DAEXXU (W-OLED panel) ? I'm in Switzerland and I don't know which one we do have. I am not sure we do have the choice actually.

It’s crazy that you personally own Sony TVs & say you love them but then recommend people to buy LG. Strange. I recommend whichever tv I own, use and love. I LOVE my Sony TVs. Way better than anything on the market and they’re built to last, full stop.
Why not recommend multiple TVs. I don’t get your point. You have a Mercedes emblem doesn’t mean a Bimmer wouldn’t be better for a different consumer. Same thing

LG ftw!!! I have multiple LG Oleds and some with over 25k hours on them yes 25,000 hours and they work and sound perfect like the day I bought them. I also have a Samsung and it’s also nice. But LG Is killing the OlED game!
I have had a Sony OLED for the last 2 tvs. They're great. Very expensive. I don't think it's always worth $5000 to watch TV on and it's not 1.5x or 2x better than other Oleds. But I get the point. Right now my preferred setup is the AWOL UST on 120" screen but also not super practical for everyone. Biggest OLED possible may be my best advice. You chose the brand

Gaming is also absolutely stunning on the S90D, and comes with a TON of customization options. Takes some calibrating, but it is definitely the absolute bang for your buck OLED tv this year. The S95D will be slightly better, but for the extra 1-2 grand, it might want to be, haha
S90D 48 inch is WOLED sadly
Samsung’s QD OLED’s also are the only OLED’s with Pantone Validation!
Thanks for sharing
I found out the u8n 75" use ads panel like you said, and the others va panel what makes thr picture better but loses viewing angle. In a huge tv i dont get a point of having viewing anglr but ok. The question is... did you watch the other u8n va panel? Is there a huge diffence this ads panel against va panel watching that you would say dont buy the 75"? Thank you.
Really good review! Only down side is your a Packers fan. Ugh.
9-3. Not a ton of downside to me. Go pack!

A95l anyday
Got a nib 2024 LG C4 77 inch for $1600 at Conn's......going out of business and we bartered it down to that price !
Love your content bro ,,, supports you from india 🇮🇳
Thanks for doing this exhaustive research!!
But...Go Lions!!! 🦁
What has better picture quality watching streaming apps apps built in a tv or watching streaming apps on an Apple TV ?
If you simply will use some common sense and about 1 or 2 seconds worth of discipline and ensure that you don't leave the TV turned on with a particular image that is completely still on there for long period of time many days of the year multiple years straight, you don't have to worry about it
If you know that you're going to have a movie or TV show or game or any other still image on that TV sitting there whether it's paused or whatever for longer than 20 or 30 minutes straight, just turn the TV off. It's a simple one button press on the remote. And you can easily come right back to whatever it is you were doing on there. Chances are this simple Common Sense old school fact that I just explained will help that Olay TV last easily more than 10 years
The 83" LG G4 OLED is the one for me! It's my dream TV!!! Some day!!!
In light controlled room I wouldn't bother I would go with a G3.
I'm wondering between S90c or S95c. Whats is the difference except one connect? Is it worth paying extra for s95c?
S95C is much brighter than the S90C, also has the infinity one design so you can mount it flush on the wall with the samsung slim wall mount (it’s thinner than the LG G models and mounts closed to the wall with that mount), 8 speakers vs 3, 4.2.2 channel with upfiring dolby atmos vs 2.1 channel sound, freesync premium pro vs freesync premium, object tracking sound+ vs object tracking sound lite.
What are the sizes or the TV in your videos?
83" Bravia 8? Inquiring minds want to know more? Is this just a guess or are there any "crumbs" out there? The last Sony OLED to be that big was the A80L I believe. The one thing that is holding me back from an OLED is the lack of anything larger than 77". The G4 has a larger size but also a BIG price tag. Also, it looks like the A95L is holding up well for being a year old. The other wild card is the reappearance of Panasonic back in the US market. I will be interested in the reviews and comparisons with the Panasonic. Thanks.
There’s not an 83” Bravia 8. They carried the 83” A80L over this year, which has an identical build to the 83A90J, heatsink included.
@@Sansho54 I know that. I would like a bigger screen (83" or better). At 11:28, B mentions that there maybe an 83"version of the Braves 8. I would like to know on what he bases that on.
@jamebost4755 I just bought an 83" G4 from BB in excellent condition for $4,700. Nothing else can touch it for that price. Really the only choice OLED for 83".
@@mikej6565 You're right, that's a great price. My issue with LG is I've gotten lousy customer service from LG and am a little gun shy of buying one of their products. But, at that price...
I assume it was an open box?
Which has the shortest best burn in time?
Of course those tv at highest tier... They are most expensive... Should include like s90c at top... Balance performance and cost
In a dark room, does the S90D have more depth to the picture since it doesn't have the matte finish? Is it more 3D like vs the S95D?
I just love the Sony’s!😇
For those TCL's at the end, how good do they compare to G4 just for sports? "football mostly"
S90D is the best tv of all time
And the Woled S90D ?
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ so beautiful
Does anyone know how high from the floor he mounts his tvs (from the bottom of the screen)?
You say the S95D games great but what about the one connect box issues? I returned my S95C 77” becausey XboxSeriesX was literally unplayable at 4k 120 because of signal blackouts due to the one connect box. I was basically forced into getting the S90D to avoid the one connect box (I would actually love to have the one connect box but just can’t because I’m a big Xbox gamer and refuse to deal with those issue).
I returned the S95C for the drops as well despite loving the picture quality when it worked. The S95D does not seem to be having the same issue this year.
Think you need better eyes. The S90D is the clear S teir winner for 2024 OLED by a mile.
Completely agree
For sure, the S90C was also the winner last year, also Dolby vision doesn’t matter for any tv that can do over 1000 nits peak brightness.
any suggestion on B3? can i buy it or not i'm not from USA the price is different here C4 55 inch Is around 1550$ and B3 is around 1050$ is C4 worth the 500$ extra?
Samsung S90D is 2 gen QD OLED. Not 3rd like the s95D. Both are still good regardless.
Get a Roku? Could you elaborate? Not a techy. Thx.
hello, I'm planning to buy a TV but I can't decide which model I mean TCL C855 65 inches vs LG OLED c3 65 inches in my country they are the same price could you help me? thanks in advance best regards
will you be getting the panasonic oleds?
Can u suggest between lg qned 88t vs Sony Bravia 3 please
The bravia 3 is a good well rounded tv.
I am eying the Bravia 8 55" for gaming and my primary living room and think it should suffice.
Ich habe noch eine...(nicht lachen!) Viera plasma vom Panasonic 65". Der wird durch einen 83" G4 ersetzt. Auf mydealz einen für 4000€ gesehen und einen 77" G4 für 2800€. Will noch etwas warten, da der Aufpreis für 6"/16% Bildfläche mehr, zu viel ist.
Was ich nocht nicht weiß sind die Soundbars, LG vs Samsung.
What is the upgrade i should buy when i have lg c1?
The s90d beats the G4 hands down. You're Crazy lol😅
Watching this on my 75" Chiq QLED tv that I got for $600usd.
I love this tv! 5 year warranty too.
Is the C4 a WOLED, too?
Yes, only Samsung & Sony make QD - OLED. The LG Galllery series are MLA.
They have the C4 and 55 inch on sale at my local box store for 1074 plus tax brand new is that a good deal or should I just pass it up?
What do you recommend, a TCL 85”q6 or a 98” s5 for same price $1100?
I would get the 98" S5 if it was $1100
@@BTheInstaller open box missing stand and power cord at best buy, thanks
Bought Samsung S90C on Sept 28th, it was great until Oct 10th when picture went out and only sound was working. Googled how to troubleshoot and no luck. Just returned it today. I'm scared to buy another one and this happening again :(
So don't buy another Samsung S90c.... it's not rocket science. There are basically an olympic size swimming pool full of TV choices out there as well as brands. Just get back on the bandwagon and roll for mental sleeves of window shopping and researching and comparing again
Lg g4
Lgc4
Samsung s90d
Sony bravia 8 or even 9...a95L
Those are excellent places to start depending on where your budget is
Never owned a OLED maybe 🤔 next upgrade QD OLED or stick with mini LED 🤔 75in
C4 is too dim to be compared to the S90D or S90C.
Then when you look at colour volume, it's really no contest.
No Sony A80L? 65 inch is the same price as the LG C3 now
11:16
Aside from picture quality, the OS is what got me sold on Sony. Google TV all day. 👍
Interesting, on Rtings review she had s90d, c4, and then bravia 8
I think the S95C is still top 3/ top 5 in 2024.
S90d is the best overall.
Was looking to get an s90c for some odd reason I found the s95d on sale for cheaper than the 95c 90c 90c c4 g4 same price as the b4 in my country lol
Edit: 65 inch was like 1500usd
Sir, Which Smart TV Is Best ? Between SONY vs SAMSUMG vs LG vs Others? [55",65",75",85" & 98" Sizes ] And Make A Comparison Video Between Those Smart TV 's!🙏👍👍😊
My LG CX are still one of the best OLEDs you can get!
Mine got burnt in, I hope to change to C4 after 5448 hours.. how many hours is yours ?
I don’t have 5 grand to spend lol
I’ll just wait until the competition sorts it way down.
What about the Panasonix Z95A
It’s crazy that you personally own Sony TVs & say you love them but then recommend people to buy LG.
Same thing
He owns both. He said Sony in the bedroom, and LG in living room for gaming and mixed use. He also thinks about purchase price and for some, $700 is make or break in similar performing TVs
You chose the brand
he is just honest that's all
Where is the A80L ??
thank you Brandon
Don't understand how you don't have the S90D above the C4 especially when utilizing Rtings. They just named the S90D their best TV for 2024.
Id put it in the D tier. Because Samsung makes the S90D with both the WOLED and the QDOLED panels with the 65". So it's a gamble when you buy it. You don't know which one you'll get.
@@danielallen7384You can easily know which sizes are W-OLED and which ones are QD-OLED. You just need to Google a little bit, or see 1 or 2 UA-cam reviews!
Very difficult...
@@danielallen7384 Fortunately, not in the US.
@chriswilson5306 I ended up taking my Samsung S90D back to Bestbuy and I bought the TCL QM8. I'm very happy with it.
Mr B,how about 8k tv?
S90c is not better than c4??i saw everywhere the s90c is the best of the best upper mid range tv
LG B4 has HDMI 2.1 on all 4 ports
Oled Tv 55' inch price??
Let me set everyone straight on Low Content Smoothing and processing, unless you are watching old reruns of Andy Griffith on ME TV, processing does not matter!!!
55 inch Oled Tv price ????
You won't need a winter furnace if you get the G4. I do own a 95D and low quality content is always low quality.
So you don't recommend the S95D?
I would, but I enjoy sports more than gaming and the LG has better motion.
a80l or c3?
