I had both of my big toenails removed because of ingrown nails. I always follow your videos step by step when I'm doing my nails. Its funny that this video popped up at the exact time that I was setting up to do my toenails. I love your videos. Wish I could give u a million thumbs up. Your a lifesaver. Have a blessed day. 😘
You are amazing! Thank you for posting. You have totally changed the way I hide my non existent toe nails. (I have *some* nail - basically where the half moon is.) Question- how do you keep the nail from lifting? I have had more than a few rip off because they get caught on something. But I feel like if they were glued on to the skin all the way to the top, they wouldn’t lift, and would not be so easy to rip off. Thanks for doing the good work!
I had my big toenail permanently removed about 9 months ago and I just glued a press on toe nail on my big one. I started panicking and was like maybe that was a horrible idea and then I found your videos, I may try this next.
they look really nice they look real thank you i had foot fungus and it messed up my toes but got lamisil pile and it did wonders but as the nails are growing back i want my big toes to look nicer so i will try this thank you
Wow, I am impressed. I have been trying to get rid of a recurring nail fungus or something on my big toes for a couple of years. I am 74. My Dr suggested removing them, but I hate shoes and love to wear sandals. This would let me like my feet in sandals again! How long do they last? Can you apply nail polish over them? How do you remove them if they need it? I have never done anything artificial like acrylic nails, etc before. I don't know a thing about it. What exact supplies do I need? Thank you so much, I found this totally by accident :)
@@Denisejohn65NailEd For someone who never uses nail products except occasional polish, this is all majorly confusing. So which is easier Polygel, or Acrylic? Which is less toxic? Over time you have had different recommendations. Also, which brand form tips are easiest? Can I just get the ones for big toes? etc. Thank you. Would you prefer I try to contact you individually? Thanks so much :)
I always love watching your videos. I've been wanting to do them on mine. But one of my big toe nails is in half and lifted. Wouldn't know how to proceed with that one.
Great job Denise! They look so natural!! Did you say that you have a link for these dual forms ? I looked in the description box , but I didn't see it for the dual forms , these particular sized dual forms are hard to find . Thank you for sharing , Happy Spring to you 😍 🌷💮🌷💮💕
Yes , for polygel and most builder gels . The only builder gels you don’t need a base coat with are 1 phase builder gels . Those are builder gels that have the base in them . I use Star Nails International and it is a 1 phase gel . It has the base coat in it .
If you have real toenails then you can just file this off of your toenails using a hand file or a electric nail file ( efile ) . If your using acrylic you can soak if off using acetone and cotton pads . If it’s a soak off polygel you can do it the same way as the acrylic . If the polygel is a hard polygel and not soak off , you will have to file it off .
Could the reason why they say don't use on skin be because it's possible to cause cancer? I'm asking because chemotherapy is the reason I lost my toenails. Cancer is always my first thought...you did an awesome job, BTW
I done this to my big toe and it came off after a couple of hours. Any advice? The nail has been completely removed. I cleaned with alcohol and applied the bond before applying.
I take it you don’t t have a toenail either . Has your nail bed shrunk up small ? Are you using a dehydrator To dry out the nail bed ? You need a primer too .
I saw this medical rubber kinda stuff that I saw on "My Feet Are Killing Me" on TLC. I thought of you immediately! Check it out! It's totally natural looking and flexible enough that it is guaranteed not to break or come off! I forgot what it's called, but try to check it out!

They look amazing. I don't blame you for doing them. I've done mine as well before when I lost one of my big toenails.

Great job 👍 tyfs

I always love watching your videos. I've been wanting to do them on mine. But one of my big toe nails is in half and lifted. Wouldn't know how to proceed with that one.
You would have to clip that lifted part all off first . Then do the nails .
@@Denisejohn65NailEd I tried. I can’t. I’ll bleed. 😟
Maybe file it off . It is lifted off the nail bed so it Shouldn’t bleed.

No , I sell them ... my email is in the description box if you want to buy some
So pretty I. Like and I also want
Thank you
How long do these and the poly gel last in water, like going to the beach or pool?
It lasts 1 - 8 weeks .... but you can’t just soak in water all the time or they will come off fast . But , once you learn , you can just make more !
Does the bondex work if you are doing polygel?
Yes , but you still need to apply a base gel after the Bondex for polygel . Only Bondex for acrylic
So dehydrator, bond ex , and base coat?

Did you ever try using body paint or henna to paint a toenail on?
No I have not .
The second toe of one of my feet has become very small due to an incident and has a very small part to place the material. Can we do anything for it?
Yes , just file it down a little and try this .
I don't have any nils on my foot and my hands i hope I can do them like you
Good luck , but I don’t think they will stay on your fingers .
How do you overcome the embarrassment of not having toenails. I’ve been suffering for so long and it seriously affects my self esteem.
After a while it’s just like eff it , you know ? You fix them pretty and be done with it .
I have no nails on both feet but don’t think I could use these forms . Mine is flat
Oh I’m very sure that you could . No problem . My nails are flat too. Trust me , it will work nicely . ❤️
do you have a video on how to remove polygel? I want to try this out, but also want to know how you remove it. I do have nails, but they grow weird

I think it’s mostly for allergies, skin allergies, you know.
The meticulous manicurist has amazing videos on how she has treated chronic ingrown nails and restoring some
There’s a difference tho , those people have toenails . I had my large toenails removed so they won’t ever grow back and can not be restored .
I done this to my big toe and it came off after a couple of hours. Any advice? The nail has been completely removed. I cleaned with alcohol and applied the bond before applying.
I’m not qualified to say 100% but she mentions in some videos to use acetone to dry the skin which is usually important to make sure it sticks
2 to 3 days. That's it!! That's all I can get them to stay on. Super glue and press ons last just as long. What am I doing wrong?
I take it you don’t t have a toenail either .
Has your nail bed shrunk up small ?
Are you using a dehydrator To dry out the nail bed ?
You need a primer too .
@@Denisejohn65NailEd dehidrater? Like rubbing alcohol? No they're not shrunk up, the 2nd toe is naturally small
I use the alcohol, base coat, added bonder, ploygel, top coat, then top it off with gel polish.

You gotta find out for me . When is that show on ?
@@Denisejohn65NailEd the show comes on Thursday nights on TLC
@@Denisejohn65NailEd I think maybe it’s called Keriflex.
I think I have that and it’s just gel ... no different than any other gel and still can’t be put on skin
time to show off those tootsies
