Camping in Heavy Rain with Hot Tent & Tarp Shelter

- Join me as I head out for a wild camping trip with my brother and nephew. We got some pretty heavy rain and strong wind on this one but had a good camp with the hot tent and tarp shelter set up.
Thanks to Pomoly for sending me out their X4 Dome hot tent to try out.

You just have to love the sound of rain on a canvas roof, especially at night whilst you're warm and snug in bed. As the name of this channel suggests, adventure, new friends, new places, new techniques; they are all made, not handed over as some people think. Your offerings allow me to enjoy your adventures along with you. No matter if it is you and Poppy, you by yourself, or you with other friends, I still get to come along, and enjoy the adventure you have made.

Glad to have another video and to see you back out there enjoying nature. Just a suggestion though - your videos need to be longer.
Maybe it's just because I really enjoy following your adventures and sensing your appreciation of the great outdoors, but I often feel the footage of your trips is too crammed and rushed. No sooner is the tent up, it's getting taken down minutes later (from our point of view).
Try letting moments breathe and pace the key details better. Longer and more takes of the trek to your camp, the tent being assembled, cooking, etc. Also I'd love to see more 'estsblishing shots' of nature - the water, the greenery, etc - between action shots. Some more talking out loud, either directly to camera or while doing jobs, would be great to help us understand what you're doing, what you're thinking, etc. Talk us through your equipment more, narrate your meal ingredients and cooking process. When you're with others, as you were here, let us eavesdrop on a little of your socialising so we can capture a vibe of the company you are enjoying.
All this is to say, I love your videos and just wish there was more of it! Hope that makes sense.

Looks to be a lot more usable space in that pomoly dome! I got their hex tent a while back but classic tipi shape lot of wasted space at the base. Any good?

Where abouts is this? I live up in D and G and want to try hammock camping - it looks a perfect place.
1) how was it with three people in the x4 Dome?
2) what was the wind speed, how much rain, how did the tent hold up?
