Nice easy hot tent overnight camp. Stew dinner & breakfast with that wonderful bacon looked yummy and warm. Love your stove. Another great video. Thanks.
Honestly it's nice to see a long video where you just camp. Too many videos out there need to have a reason to do a video. They don't realize how chill just camping can be.
I like that most of his vids are done in the rain or snow. To me snow and rain camping is some of the funnest camping because you really have to get creative with the changing environment and adapt and overcome the weather. He makes it all look so easy. It’s super interesting to watch.
Are used to go camping with my girls every summer for 10 days in the Adirondacks. It was always a great time and I so remember setting up in the rain. That wasn’t much fun but just being there with my children was great
That's awesome I'm saving up for a hot tent and a tent stove my self but I'm in no hurry because today it was-13 Celsius and yesterday it was-24 I live in the North Eastern United States and it gets really cold here during the months of January and February but I'm hoping to have my tent and stove by March when it's a balmy zero degrees Celsius lol 😂
Hi Leanne, really, there are good times to come when we will all be out in the wilds, forests and meadows of our beautiful country again....have you ever thought about considering a bushcraft course? You can go on a one day, two day and even 5 day courses, in a group out in the woods with instructors and so on. Maybe something to consider and look forward to perhaps?
I'm pretty new here, so when you say Simon, do you mean as in "Simon, a bloke in the woods"? Just watched the video of the SimonI thought you might be referring to. 😊
Nice one, for what it’s worth here in Quebec we had -21C last night and are expecting the storm hitting Boston, but been toying with hot tenting for a while, has to be warmer than a hammock
I absolutely love your videos....talking or not! They are a nice thing to look forward to during these cloudy, cold and wet/snowy days here in the midwest USA. Thanks for sharing and as always I am waiting with anticipation for your next adventure.
Hi I live near Toronto Ontario Canada and just found your videos about 3 weeks ago and I love them I have a mobility issue and you certainly help pass my time. Plz keep the videos coming …I especially love it when you cook those meals there not be any means campfire dinners thank you
This looks absolutely heavenly. Very envious of your peaceful, beautiful night and now feeling peckish for a bacon and egg sarnie 😁 this is the first of your vids I've seen, but will watch more. Thank you.
I just started watching this channel about a week ago. This is only about the 3rd video I've seen. I did get up & fix bacon & eggs after this one. LOL. 😊🥓🥓🍳🍳
@@TheRealLadyAlex Lol 😂 I recommend the Swedish canoe trip series with Simon, a bloke in the woods, very enjoyable, as well as all of the rock cooking videos 😀👍
I believe he is camping 🏕️ on private property that he has permission to be on, that probably cuts down on unwanted company…but only my opinion, I like how he always improves and manages the property, that maybe how he has access.
I think I’d try burning a dura flame log for the night time while I’m asleep, because they last for like 4 to 5 or even 6 hours. But I don’t totally know if they’d fit in that stove. They aren’t super big but the stove isn’t all that big either.
Great video Andy. If you would like a hearty stew you should try making Portuguese bean stew. It has churico, smoked back bacon sautéed with minced onions, garlic, red pepper paste( spicy or sweet) and then you add some red wine , a bit of water and red kidney beans and simmer. We add cubed potatoes like my mother-in-law does to hers. It’s a filling hearty meal that sticks to the bones
You have no idea that your videos are so relaxing and its helps me to calm my mind from depression and anxiety. my thoughts driving me into positive sense that this world is beautiful and adventure place and i should live for every moment. thank you for making such relaxing videos. god bless u brother.

Hello Mr Andy! My number one camping guy ever!! I watch your camping videos & keep up on your equipment & camp cooking!! The transparent tent you had of pvc frame with the lights encumbering the interior was supercool but I liked especially the "Roofbunk" the best with the canopy. When you prep & cook your meals from scratch out there in the woodlands is inspiring!! You do all my awesome camping for me because I'm timid to camp out these days. I like the wood shack you built The slanted roof with the ram's skull and the massive fireplace. That Dutch Oven rocks!! I am an arts & crafter who has made some campgrounds with natural materials. Thank you for your awesome inspiring camp videos. Also, you make your eggs perfect !! 🍔🥓🥩And steaks too!!
Hope you are keeping well Andy. Sending greetings from Australia, three hours south of Sydney in a beautiful coastal area. Spring is here so looking forward to hot sunny days. ❤️👩🏻🦳🇬🇧🇦🇺❤️
