  • Hello Sweet babes, here is what a day in my life looks like managing endometriosis. This day was especially hard because I was feeling sick and moody from the progesterone I started taking recently.
Even though I am in pain and want to stay in bed, I have to dig deep to find the stretch to attend appointments to better my health. On this particular day, I went to pelvic floor therapy, which is supposed to help my pelvic floor dysfunction. On other days I go to acupuncture, emotional therapy, or the gynecologist for care.

I hope this video gives you support and comfort if you have endo and feel alone. It can be so hard to manage pain and the implications of this disorder alone. I send you some love wherever you are in your endo journey.

I was today years old when i watched this and let me tell you. QUEEN!! I didnt even know they did "internal work" in pelvic floor pt. Imagine my shock on my first visit when she was like, ok, lets go ahead and get undressed. Im sorry ma'am what?? Ive been a long time sufferer. Finally had surgery to be proven right times a million. Endometriosis and endosalpingiosis with some interstitial cystitis throw in for fun. I can RELATE!! thank you for sharing. I wish we could talk more freely about our lady issues. I really do. But i am so glad younger women are being diagnosed AND speaking out. there is hope yet. Much love from an old(er) woman lol!

Cool video! I can relate to your pain as I have been suffering with Endo since I was a teenager but wasn't diagnosed until I was in my early 30s. I am happy I found your channel. Keep your head up sis! 👊

I am going to be making a vid with my whole endo story, how I got diagnosed, what I am doing for treatment etc. soon so stay posted :).

I'm so sorry but gluten-free oats? All oats are gluten-free..gluten is just wheat. When people want to be glue-free but don't understand what gluten is it grinds my gear. Okay, I'm done I just wanted to express that oats are all going to be gluten-free so there is no need to say glutenfree oats...

A Lin they can be grown right next to wheat and stored next to it. So gluten free ensures no cross contamination

Gluten free is not even just wheat. The type of gluten that causes reactions in Celiac Disease and gluten intolerance is found in wheat, barley, and rye. And Lindsay is correct about cross contamination in the growing and processing of oats. So you know, throwing rocks in glass houses n such 🙄
