All of this is true and good advice, this is probably what people should be eating on a regular basis. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy treatments and I try to follow this list as much as I can but there are day's when I can barely eat anything that will stay down.
hahaha. When I was doing my chemo could only eat eggs on this list. Scrambled with cheese, and cream. Nuts were too dry and caused my to choke, and all those veg made my want to vomit.
This informative video puts to rest the uninformed opinion that cancer patients don't need the highly nutritious foods shown here. The problem is had the patient already established eating habits centered around the examples shown above it's likely they would've never contracted cancer in the first place. They omitted a very important food group, mushrooms.
That statement is completely false and ignorant. I have been in the health and fitness field for 35 years. Meal prepped my food with all the best nutrition and worked out 4 days a week including running. AND I STILL GOT CANCER! Smh!

There are many types of cancer and they generally originate through the same biochemical processes. Running and exercising have very little to do with cancer prevention and are mistakenly viewed as the path to good health. Exercise will never erase the effects of a questionable diet. Epigenetics is now showing that the foods we eat have a profound effect on our physical health. You got cancer and I earnestly hope you fully recover but it's very likely that had you maintained the diet suggested in this video and also added mushrooms in the years prior to your diagnosis you would've been cancer free. People often claim they have a healthy diet when in fact it's not the case. Do you, or have you for any length of time consumed processed foods, red meat, flavored soft drinks. dairy products, tobacco, alcohol, high sugar food products? Have you ever been exposed to heavy metals or chemical toxins? I'll wager you like most have had some level of exposure. Most people who are told they have cancer can't seem to think of a single reason why when all they'd have to do is look in their cupboard and refrigerator.
Don’t limit yourself in saying something is wrong without saying what is wrong about it. Just saying something is wrong doesn’t help anybody. Now we don’t know whether that’s just your opinion or if you have some objective information that contradicts what the post is saying.
Fresh pine apple - aids digestion, ginger( plus lemon vitC for absorption) for anti nausea & iron, garlic & red onions- anti bacterial, RED veg- capcum peppers, FRESH broccoli, kale, spinach, NO added SUGAR. Red grapes, tomatoes, plans for B12, sardines- calcium, flax seeds, RED raspberries, strawberries, papaya flesh...

It was not the vegetables that made you want to vomit. It was your damaged body and the cancer treatment that brought that about.

My husband has tongue cancer and he is fed through a gastrostomy tube. All food is put in a blender and given via a feeding syringe.

It’s not wrong! I’m been taking chemo around 8 months! And all this food been helping me a lot
