Doesn't seem to be cutting as well as my now defunct mini flymo strimmer. Don't think I'll bother. Might have thought about it agsin for £50 for wireless but £77 now.
pretty easy I took a look at it after making the video, has a little spool you just thread the wire onto then put back in so just put as much as you want to on it, as it lasts a fair while with normal use.
Looks a good bit of kit. Do you wind the spool in by hand or do titan sell it in a cassette that drops in. I have a petrol titan but its too big for smaller jobs, and most small strimmers struggle where you get brambles and saplings. With my cheap old strimmer i used to insert short lengths of thicker line with a knot at the end to stop them coming out. It gives you the benefit of both. Do you think it might work with the Titan? Cheers 😊
@@DanielJohnHowTo ah that's a good sign thanks! Think I'll treat myself to one 🎉 my petrol strimmer is overkill, feels like I'm firing a mini-gun at fine grass with less accuracy too! ...not good around delicate flower beds 😂 hope you've enjoyed the warm weather and your allotment is growing well!
Good vid seems like a nice bit of kit but boy the price has gone up since you made the video - cheapest I could find (in Screwfix), is 79.99 quid. Then again all te alternatives have gone up in the past year I expect... cheers
@@norfolkfireworksltd You are right - today it's on a flash deal !! great - Boom! just ordered one for pick-up later well chuffed and glad you replied to my comment !! 👍👍
@@DanielJohnHowTo Thanks for the reply. That's not too bad for what it is. And it looks like you can buy an extra battery anyway. Might pick one up. My wired one is great but dang, I'm sick of extension cords, etc!
Purchased one yesterday and wasn’t sure how to use it . Your video was very helpful thanks gents
thanks, used it a lot recently and no issues so far.
I've just bought this model, your video was helpful.

Is Hyudai is better than titan

Hi just wondering re the spool , how easy is it to replace the wire

you wind the spool in by hand, it's quite easy to do and doesn't really use a lot with normal use.

Good for this price
Is the guard removable? 🙏
possibly but for safety i'd keep it on, weeds/stones flicking up etc can be dangerous
That 0% to 100% battery is charge time, not runtime.
well spotted, thanks.
@@DanielJohnHowTo So how long does it run for on a full charge? Looks like a great bit of kit for the price
@@lighthousephoto7143 not long, i've used it to the amber battery led and that takes 20-30 mins I think.

@@lighthousephoto7143 you can do a fair amount of work with it, even with one battery but two is even better
