Starship Troopers did a pretty bad job about it. They had a society based on meritocracy, fantastic healthcare, open higher education, no racism, no sexism, a volunteer military that afforded benefits to those who serve, a quick judiciary, low pollution, a revitalized Earth and the list goes on. You ignore the Junta, which I'll remind you was help accountable for its failure, and it's near utopian. People need to quit citing the movie as a "good example of a bad society" because most of what the director depicted was accidentally a goal instead of a warning. Also, for the, "but what about the propaganda"... are you serious? We're in an election year in the US that makes Starship Troopers look tame in their propaganda.
