My hypothesis is let's say a significant number of citizens by choice reader by force had to leave their home. I know this happened in some of the bigger cities where they tore down some of those old projects. some came South because they had family here because they had the connection to drugs because they had money to try and set up shop somewhere else. the thing is those who came for peace. cool. those who came with the same mentality that they had there don't work for me it's not the geography that makes one neighborhood bad. so-called or good so-called. it's the people in the neighborhood and the things they do and the respect that's shown or not shown.
