Love the likeable and professional presentation, photography and editing. They really make it easy to replicate this at home without much of a recipe. But, please, keep it professional and never say "I'm 'literally' dying" again. Stay alive and keep cookin'.
I love dumplings... but don't show enough love for Wontons outside of soup... I think I would love to eat these more with hot oil... these are not just appetizers or side dishes... these can be full on main courses.
I don't really have access to the dried shrimp but I'm pretty sure we could use shrimp shells in the broth to add flavor do you think that would be a good compare
