I miss lamb. I live in Spain and unless I raise it myself, I cannot get lamb of an age that gives steak sized pieces of meat. As a child, I remember having a leg of lamb that fed 5 of us on a Sunday, cold lamb during the week and the leftovers made a shepherd's pie on Saturday. Delicious! Here, a shoulder is so small that a shoulder feeds 1 person. 😪
