Tbh, i have no idea how this can work, 'forged documents, forged deed'? From where i am from, when you buy a house, it gets registered with the state, so even if you would try to forge something, in 5 min you can get a report from the state with the real owners of the property!
That's what I be thinking especially when they say the story is from America. They be saying they have to go to court and all this bs when they can just call the courts in two seconds.
That last account is similar to those people who like to steal associates' lunch. So many people seem to have a lack of consideration for others. Obviously, they don't live by the Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Food theft: How much does a fridge cost? OP should have considered buying a fridge and keeping it in her room. She could always take it with her when she moved.
I remember buying a new 50 liter Korean fridge for approx $ 50 when living alone in a South Asian city other than the one my parents lived in. My mom gifted it later to a poor relation who still had it years later! Beer, milk, left over food, they all fitted in. And a tiny ice maker. Value for money.

This is what our society has become, criminals are more brazen and aggressive than ever.
I am glad I live in a "castle rule" state where I can deal with intruders and trespassers in the way that protects my safety, my families safety, my properties safety and the safety of anyone else as allowed by law.
First story is either unbelievable, or both the cops and the new home owners ar moronic. Karen is blatantly guilty of FRAUD and FORGERY, and should have been arrested the first time she showed such papers to the police, and the new home owners should have insisted she be so charged. That would have settled her hash before she became a nuisance.
I mean, its possible she was the victim of a fraud and really thought it was her home, however if that was the case she wouldve left them and went after the person who sold her the forged documents. The fact that she returned with fake documents the second time however wouldve been proof that she was trying to pull a scam

Well, if you would come to me screaming about something that I needed to do to make YOUR life easier, you can bet your butt that I would do everything that I could to irritate you for as long as possible!!! Ask me politely, and I would usually do what was requested. I am 6'3" and I get things off the top shelf for people all of the time. However, if you DEMAND that I get something off the top shelf for you, I most assuredly will not be doing that!!! I have zero patience with entitled idiots. As to the jerks parking ilegaly a good way to prevent it from happening is put up private parking ilegaly parked cars will be towed at owners expense. Anyone that parks there that shouldn't will get the message when their vehicle is towed. As to the idiot trying to scam for a house it's always good to have security cameras and an alarm. After the second time she tried her scam op should get a restraining order and after the first time file a complaint for trespassing. As to the nasty grandmother demanding respect op should say respect is a two way street and is earned not given. As to the good problem the person is rude and greedy not op.
My Grandfather and I did not get along. He loaned me $1,200 one time for a down payment on a house. I was paying him back just like we had agreed, and the first time that I was a few days late with my payment, he read me the riot act. It pissed me off soooooo bad, that I went to a legal loan shark, (finance company), and borrowed enough to pay Grandfather back entirely. That pissed HIM off. When he died, all of the grandchildren got a share of his assets, I got ONE dollar. I still have that check somewhere. Needless to say, I do not have much to do with that side of my parents family. I do not miss seeing them. My Dad had 9 brothers and 2 sisters. I got along with all of them, and they were nice people, but they live 1,200 miles away from me, and I have not seen them for 45 years. I use to live closer, but due to not liking Grandfather, I did not go to too many gatherings.

I actually hate "Notifications!" I will watch it when I come across it. I also do not watch stuff on my phone. My phone is for communication, it is not my reason to live. I also very rarely text anyone. Why YES, I am a dinosaur, and I like the way I am. I see people all of the time sitting at a booth in a restaurant, and both people have their "beak" stuck in their phone. And then people wonder what has happened to the "family" unit.
When I go out to eat with my better half, I truly want to be with her.
That first Karen is an idiot; it's a wonder she got away with her scam for so long. You'd think she'd have backed off after the first two times didn't work and just move onto attempting to scam someone else. After all, if someone is too smart for your scam, you don't keep trying with them in the hopes of someday being successful. You move onto the next potential victim. Had she just backed off and moved on, she'd have probably gotten away with her little scam for a lot longer.
