Hullo Lindsay, Thanks for sharing this lovely painting with us! Well you convinced me so I went looking for these sets from QoR! I did find the ones on Amazon at $32.50 but I just could not pull that trigger! I kept looking and found a collection of the 4 QoR sets with 6 filled half pans with 6 empty half pans for $48.87 and that made the price for a set only $12.21 each! So yes, you guessed it I got all 4! Now I just need to consolidate the sets and fill the empty palettes with my other QoR paints! These will make wonderful travel sets for any occasion!

I'm curious as to why the painting didn't cauliflower when you added another layer to the petals. Was the first layer dried already?

Beautiful! It looks like the liquid watercolor in fountain pens dissolves better than using watercolor pencils. Is that so?

Hey Lindsay, did your set come with half pans in the silicone wells? Mine did not. I added 6 QOR colors from tubes and made a great custom QOR pallet. I really like this set! Love what you did with the stencil.🎉
Yes, there were 6 empty half pans in the canary of the silicone. Did your set have wells?
@@thefrugalcrafter I thought they were wells because I couldn't separate them or get them out but I have significant issues with my hands. I did some contortions and low and behold they are pans and not wells. I certainly feel foolish and a little irritated that my vision is tanking as well.🤦♀️🙇♀️😵💫

Of course i have a tool question-you peeled off a skinny strip around the edges towards the end-was that a craft knife-i couldnt see it in the speed shot. Thanks!!
Oh I think I trimmed off some if the glue from the block with a craft knife.

hi Lindsay! would it be possible for you to review the new canson graduate drawing books? they seem like it'd be better then the xl pads that went down in quality/availability and up in price
What happened to canson xl? What papers were affected.
