  • In south-west London, there were a startling number of attacks. First a young school girl went missing, then two woman were attacked with hammers, then someone attempted to randomly run over a woman crossing the street. Cars were linked to all, and they led to a certain Levi Bellfield. He really sucks.

My ex GF used to live in a little town called Whitton between Hounslow and Twickenham.
I was at her house most days after work and most nights she would walk me to the 281 bus stop opposite the Southwestern pub very close to her house. |
One night there was a man at that bus stop, there was hardly ever anyone except me catching a late bus from there so this was out of the ordinary. He stood up by the curb facing the road and my girlfriend didn't seem to pay him any attention but I on the other hand could feel some kinda vibe coming off him. It was like he was buzzing with excitement but he was doing his best to act casual. I told myself I will get on the bus but if he doesn't I will immediately jump off. A few minutes later the 281 arrived. I kissed my GF goodbye and got on. He didn't. Just as the bus driver was about to close the doors I yelled at him, "Wait! Open the door!" I jumped off the bus and grabbed my girlfriend by the arm and looked right at his face. He was absolutely LIVID. His eyes lit up and his teeth were on full show like he was about to roar. He immediately started walking away as fast he could but he kept looking back with this extremely angry look on his face and shaking his head and muttering all kinds swearwords as he turned away and started to jog.
My girlfriend was shocked and confused and mad at me for getting off until I explained that man was waiting for HER. I don't know why I knew it but I could honestly feel there was something terribly wrong about him. And I was right. As we were walking back to her house I saw the alleyway on her street where he would have undoubtedly attacked her and realised he had been watching our routine from that window in the pub opposite the bus stop for god knows how long.
I walked her home and vowed to walk myself to the bus stop from now on.
A few years later I saw a few stories of young women that fit the same profile as my girlfriend being killed in that general area. I tried to get her to recall that night but for some reason she totally forgot all about it. I'm glad it wasn't that significant for her. For me it's simultaneously my most heroic moment and my biggest regret because I never reported the incident to the police. I often feel a sense of self loathing because of it.
When they finally caught him and showed his mugshot on the news I nearly had a heart attack. It was Levi Belfield. That night he nearly got my girlfriend he was wearing the exact same collar up beige jacket you see in the thumbnail of this video. I hate him so much I can't even bear to watch this video but I have to tell the story to get it off my chest.

I went to the same school as Millie, this happened maybe 4-5 years before I attended. It still gives me chills seeing the cctv footage of the same stairwell I went up and down for 5 years, and the same footage of the train station I still frequent. I remember earlier this year talking to my mum about it, as it’s a local case, and she told me she had met Bellfield twice by complete coincidence before any of this came out, saying that “he seemed volatile and had this scary energy about him”. It’s sickening honestly, I believe he’s getting married or is married in prison now…

19th of august 2004 will always be a terrifying day as just before Amelie was walking through Twickenham Green (where I used to live before getting married), I also was waiting at a dark bus stop to go meet some friends. Apparently Amelie was attacked 20 minutes after I had boarded the bus. I walked the exact same route as Amelie half an hour before, which was through the Twickenham green to go to the other side of the green. It’s so terrifying to know that Levi Bellfield was somewhere there lurking! I consider myself extremely lucky to be alive today and my prayers are with Amelie and all the other victims families.

My Mum went to Secondary school with Levi Bellfield in Feltham back in the 70's/80's. The strangest thing is she always remembers him as being a skinny quiet kid that seemed to observe on the sidelines and never really brought a lot of attention to himself. If you look into the Murder of Patsy Morris in Hounslow Heath it's widely believed that was the first person he killed while he was still in secondary school and although police deny it was him due to a lack of evidence my Mum said everyone that went to school with them knows they ran in the same circles. Patsy has a lot of similarities to Milly Dowler and he might have been repressing what he did in School for decades before something triggered him into his run of Murders in the early 2000's, I still live in the area to this day but it's crazy that even though I was a child I remember how much of an impact it had at the time and the fear female members of my family had of walking alone at night etc. You go about your daily life but there's always something unsettling about passing areas where you know these events took place.

And before I hear the peta vegetarian rant, let me explain that animals like chickens and cows would die in the wild. And as for animals like deer if they aren't hunted they'll over populate a area and eventually starve to death. I have no problem with people not wanting to eat meat but humans are omnivores and meat is a excellent source of protein and other necessary vitamins and minerals that are lacking in a pure plant based diet.

Once a van stopped in a cornish country lane late at night and a voice tole me to "get in", I shat my pants but being 13 and a tomboy I jumped into the hedge and made my way into the thick foliage so fast i didnt even know i was doing it, on the other side I heard him shout. "Laura Parsley, wtf are you doing?" I waited and didnt move and he came into the light. It was my youth club boss and totally harmless, he scolded me on my being far out and alone. It was scary but I had my rock and was ready for fowl play from the moment the van stopped. Solitude in the wild is still my greatest pleasure and I think as long as your smart and don't walk around with headphones in, buried in a phone your alright and life is worth the risk. Being from the UK, I remember the disappearance of Millie Dowler at the time. Honestly, how can some individuals be so evil. I didn't know the extent of this sadistic walloper's catalogue of horror. Now I do.
Many of TC's episodes are pretty grim to watch, this being one of them but thank you Mike for being so thorough in putting these together. This might not sound like I'm in a good place when it comes to mental health, but...I was with my bf for 4yrs and we used to watch all of Mike's new videos together. We'd get super excited when we saw a new one come out. We'd always say "you wanna go home and watch mike?" Hell yes I do! Lol. He died very suddenly, with no warning on 8-31-20 at the age of 49. It took awhile before I could watch anything, listen to certain music, eat certain foods, all kinds of stuff. But now, when I see one of Mike's video's, I always say "hey baby, you wanna watch mike?" And I pretend he's sitting next to me, watching.... it sounds like I'm not ok lol. And I'm kinda not, but once a week or so, even for just 20mins, I don't feel so alone...

I remember Milly's disappearance so well, I grew up in Kent which is about 100 miles from where this occured.
