Can someone please explain to me what moving the capital an hour away has to do with global supply chain integration? If you want to be more connected to global trade, you should build ports, not move your capital to the middle of nowhere. Not that I have any issue with the project.. just that this word-soup had to have been written by AI
Capital cost is defined as the money needed to build a project. Operating costs is the money needed to keep a project running. The capital cost of this new city will drive Egypt bankrupt. Then when the Egyptian government cannot raise enough taxes to meet operating costs, the city will fall into ruin. This project could very well lead to yet another Egyptian revolution.
Egypt can build its New capital city with using ideas. Egypt is financing the city by increasing the value of land. So Egypt has already paid the cost of the new capital and as you can see, it's not bankrupt. In fact, Egypt has made a profit of about 2 billion dollar from the new capital city, before even its official opening Egyptians should be proud of their country ❤❤❤🇪🇬🇪🇬
