That drip pan was clean or replaced. No way it had no juices.

It will depend on the type of cook how much fat drippings there are on the Convection Tray. In this instance the Lamb didn't have too much but there is still some debris there!

This depends on what type of Roast or Bake you are doing! In this video after pre heat the Lamb Leg was cooked over medium heat (number 4 cooking setting) for around 1.5 hours.

Does it get any simpler than that ? Looked like a lovely bit of lamb there - my most fave roast of all, even surpassing a good roast pork
    Happy webering everybody

So true @absoz! It's just that easy. Who doesn't love a great roast Lamb?

It's common to move different parts of your roast throughout the cooking process to ensure everything is cooked evenly, but in this case, the vegetables are in the same place, they've just shrunk during the roast.

No, this grill absolutely can automatically change position of the vegetables as needed by itself

tray can't be that clean after cooking the pork - it proves to be a set up - not a good marketing

The same convection tray was use throughout the whole process of pre-heating to cooking the roast lamb. You can see at the finished cooked the drippings underneath the meat.
