Regarding that Challenge... once a challange is accepted and started you can't decline it. It will automatically continue untill the combat ends or one of them dies. There is a rule section called "To the Death" that describes this.

So these are real games vs friends and acquaintances, and sometimes with strangers I meet at a tournament, so I’m often just recalling their list from what I can remember. My own list appears in my videos from time to time but it hasn’t changed in a few games so you’ll have to go back a couple of videos..
