I been having sleep deprivation since i was teenage. Don't know why this been happening to me for so long. I cannot even tell if i been to sleep or not every night. As a result many i paying for it in health .
Was just diagnosed with lymphedma after breast cancer treatment. Will try implementing most of these ideas. I'm whole foods plant based so obviously won't be trying the keto part. But definitely looking forward to all the rest. Thanks for the info.
How do I find a doctor or health coach to manage my hybrid diet needs with lipedema, ibs, diverticulitis and intolerance to mammal meats, dairy, fats? I've been shooting in the dark. It seems like anyone that could help is far away. (I'm in Southern New Jersey).
If you haven't yet, try reaching out to organizations like Lipedema Foundation (www.lipedema.org/), Fat Disorders Resource Society (www.fatdisorders.org/), or Lipedema Simplified (lipedema-simplified.org/). They may be able to point you in the right direction for finding a provider that can help. You can also check out our monthly Lipedema Patient Roundtables (ua-cam.com/play/PLijjHtwVrbvwR5PZpwH2xGA8aHpZ9W-YY.html) for insights from other patients. If you attend live, you can ask the patient panel what their experiences may be in this area, too - should you be interested, the link to register is here: zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_xg-D8VvpTvaa4JyjtYwIlw Best of luck!
