My daughter started working recently at a Korean restaurant and she is so addicted to the food. Her boss is bringing us a bunch of ingredients and goodies from the Korean market on Wednesday and I'm so excited!!
I just made this dish and was amazed by how good it tasted!. The simple ingredients belie the rich and varied flavors that come together in such a wonderful way. Thank you very much
I love watching you cook and eat your food. You obviously find equal joy in both activities. Before this I would have said that Korean food would have been my least favourite because it is so meat oriented with few vegetables and now I’m hooked on cooking Korean vegan. Thank you 🙏
i used to hate peeling potatoes too but then i learned you can pan-fry them or bake them as an amazing crispy snack! :D its perfect for me cause I usually meal prep a soup with potatoes which I wont get to eat until later, so its nice to get to eat a little snack while im cooking :D
Can't wait to try this one out! Thank you!!! Also, could you maybe say how many 'average' people this dish can feed (ditto for all your other recipes)? Thank you!
I found your short on your chocolate cake and your daddy! I’m loving your videos! I’m definitely gonna make this. I’m just wondering, since I haven’t seen many vids from you yet and haven’t seen it so far, but can you still use gochujang and doenjang? I would assume they are not vegan, unless you potentially made your own? I’m very curious about your dishes! You never know, you may be the one to finally sway me to go vegan 💞
What's your favorite way to eat a potato?
Roasted, mashed, or as chip-shop style soggy chips with plenty of vinegar.
I love my potato in aloo gobi.
My Slavic family was raised on potatoes and cabbage, so that is a big part of my Food Group.
Lately, just baked with veggies on top and some kind of sauce.
I would eat potato in every way. But my favorite is mashed potatoes

I just bought some Yukon Gold potatoes yesterday. Any reason to not add some chunks of extra firm tofu, to add in some protein?
I have potatoes I need to use. I will try this dish.
I'm not vegan and I don't think I'll ever will be but your videos are encouraging me to exclude more of vegan in diet so thank u
Thanks Lesha!!
I'm not vegan either but I got her book because all the recipes look great and if i feel like changing it up i can always swap with non vegan products
I have to love a cuisine that uses sesame.
Can’t hear the sizzle; music intrusive for me. Love the recipe though, cheers.
The peel is also where lectins are, check out dr gundry and lectins. Really interesting stuff
The music made it too difficult to hear your voice and what you were saying. Sorry. Had to stop watching.
