I just love how they go and paint those greasy, grimy wheel cylinders. It shows how focussed they are on making things "look" good, versus actually be good. In a real factory the cylinders would not be painted, as there is no point. If they did want to paint them, they would first be cleaned and degreased, then sprayed with primer, then oven-baked for a few minutes, then maybe spray painted. Not some half-baked quick spray-job. You see this all over the videos from this area, where they waste time grinding down or lathing down welds.

They are truck brake cylinders, they are too big to be for cars, before packing them up, they should test them to see if they work and prevent brake fluid leaks.
In these countries there are no brake safety laws, so there will be some factories that cut every corner possible, including testing the finished parts. You see this a lot with hydraulic cylinders for excavators, where they just slip the pistons together and just see if the cylinder can push against their thumb. And alternators and welders, which are if at all tested, just cursorily tested under light load.
