I love your authenticity and vulnerability. That's building my confidence. Now I know, it's never about me but serving the people. I am going to ask what challenges young couples and singles are facing while parenting and trying to bring an income into the home.

Thank you Salma for great tips ! What you mentioned about focusing on helping people instead of focusing your is very helpful, I think it’s true that what makes me so nervous when I’m in front of camera is because I’m so self conscious of myself and worried too much about what people would think of me ! I’ll apply your tips in my next video and hope that I can be as confident as you 😊

Reg shifting the focus to the other person, I do this in life in general. It’s an absolutely brilliant thing to be able to do. When we look at how we can be of service to others with compassion, we are quickly taken out of a state of ego.

    Thanks for great solution.
Obviously, you can speak naturally if you focus on the solution to others problem rather than having self- conscious about yourself and your presentation.

The person I’m wanting to help and talk to, is a woman looking to deepen her sense of spiritual feminine connection to herself on an inner level, and confidence in the world on an outer level, by learning to play the Frame Drum, the instrument of the Ancient Priestesses! It’s a wonderful way to align with the pulse of life for healing and personal enrichment, and to join the community of women that dates back thousands of years and is currently growing in popularity unlike ever before!

you are so right, Salma. I feel so conscious when I face the camera. But when I'm on the stage in front of my audience, I am so myself. So, by the way I am a cosmetic dermatologist. I have really liked your tip, of think of person who has the query rather than thinking how am I going to look. I am definitely going to try out today, talking on a topic of skin hydration

Salma, that's a very interesting way to look at this camera challenge, it's funny because I believe a lot of us focus on solving our customers problems all the time, but the minute we turn that damn camera on this focus vanish and, for me at least, I don't even see this happening.
I'll make a intentional effort to remember Who I'm helping, thanks!

Right now I am putting together a series for the "older adult" (which yes, has its problems, haha, but I'm finding ways to get them there...), so I think of a little old lady in her 80s named Gladys. It helps me to explain the internet and social media and how to understand the keyboard on very very simple terms so she (they) can understand and learn. I feel strongly that the older generation who did not grow up with this tech could really get something wonderful out of it. They are generally afraid or uninterested, so I am making a "beginner-beginner" course for them. I have been asking people that watch my channel to please bring it to the attention of those people in their lives, and hopefully they will try it and enjoy it. I think it's going to be slow-going,.. but I really feel it can bring them joy, connection, distraction in a time of their lives where they might be lonely or in a bad headspace.
