Edit: Also, apart from Dialga and Palkia, the other legends won't respawn in Diamond and Pearl. Only from Platinum onwards are they possible to rebattle. 😎

One question for you. How are you able to control multiple emulators like that? I’ve been researching how to do exactly what you did to hunt shinies but nothing seems to come up

I don't usually play on emulators, I play with controller modded DS Phats which allow me to control all 4 games at once.
However when I do use emulators I use MelonDS which imo is superior to the commonly used DeSmuMe. Although I'm pretty sure neither allow you to control multiple with Keyboard (there might be a way I don't really know) You can control multiple instances of MelonDS with controller! hope that was helpfull!
