Mama Cho's Corn Casserole:
1/4 cup milk or almond milk
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
2 Tbsp onion, diced
1/4 cup crackers, crushed
1/4 tsp pepper (optional)
2 Tbsp butter, sliced
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
Mix milk, egg, corn, onion, crackers, and seasoning in a bowl.
Pour into a nonstick dish. Add butter and cheese on top.
Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes, until browned on top.
375°F = 190°C or gas mark 5

approx. 40g onion, diced
45g crackers, crushed
optional pepper to taste
29g butter, sliced
12g paremsan cheese, powder or grated
