I am now addicted to "The Tenant". I look forward to every weekend where Vishal & his team will travel to make us aware of the real estate of the country in a not so conventional manner. Love it.❤️✌️
Best part was the uncle carrying the chips packet when its job was done😂. I doubt people paying so much rent would be metro travellers, so that proximity doesn’t matter. And Vishal, can u have a bit different background music, for a change. Nice show to watch on a lazy Sunday morning.
'The Tenant' episodes are so addictive.I am just hooked to them.Different cities, different people, different houses give us such rich experiences. Can't miss a single episode.
Vishal, this episode was good. But I feel there's too much focus on high end rentals of late. Please cover more affordable options as well. (Rent of 10 - 30K/ month)
In real estate its location location and location. No amount of amenities make up for a location. People who can afford still prefer to stay in older parts of town where real estate is expensive and open spaces very rare
If it were me I'd buy a place. They said they have a few but dont live there. So buy one where they can live. Rents are going crazy every year and businesses may or may not run for as long and why the hassle of moving at later years in life. Doesn't make sense to rent in your later years imo. Lovely couple though. Congratulations to them for being so happy and in love after all these years.
I’ll bust a myth here: AQI in Delhi is fine during spring, summer, and monsoon months. It starts getting bad during October (paddy burning season in Punjab, Haryana and Western UP) and stays that way till late-January.
I really feel bad for the mentality of this family as this uncle mentioned he has a online business of worth around 50 crore , so this family is around 10 times richer than me still I am living my life lakhs times better than them I have my own 350 yards kothi in best sector in noida i own a mercedes and 1 more car thar 4 into 4 and my society is better looking a very big maintained park just in front of my house , this is call less brain they are paying 1.25 lakh rent per month for a 50 year old construction flat which has no beauty it's like a very boring and ugly flat now people will come and start arguing with me but I don't give a damm i know what i said is perfectly true even the anchor knows that I can read the anchor eyes even he was wondering what the low mentality these people are living in ..
I really feel bad for your mentality. You may own mercedes, 350 yards yet you wont find happiness in life. The couple here are the example of how to lead life, grow old together and make a home together. home is all about the people living in it and creating a happy atmosphere which you will not understand because all you care about your mercedes, 350 yards and 1 Thar
@@007gameradi lol check again what i explained I am much more happy than him because just for the sake of status I don't live in a posh area just for show off 👍
This couple is a benchmark of how to grow old together
And hence they keep getting wealthier.

Purpose of this video?
Why are they dressed like they are in Goa? 😂
Just kidding, lovely couple by the way.
These Boomers are delulu.. Location is awesome though.
Please open your shoes or atleast carry one extra pair in every video.
So tacky
