I find that if I use olive oil and then sprinkle the product with 'molly mcbutter' over the top, then it provides that butter flavor without all the fat. It's basically dehydrated butter with farrr less fat. also, if you use smoke paprika it will impart a smoky flavor. You can also use 'liquid smoke' for that smoked flavor as well.
I bake mine on pan like you have on top of a cookie sheet on the grill outside. I use my grill like an oven. It is 107° today no oven cooking in house.
