There is something enormously emotional in music of the John. He's music like someone already said is like the deepest feelings of happiness and sadness at the same time. It's sometimes so hard to listen to his songs, particularly this one, but yet his music is so addictive because it's pureness i guess. Thanks John

I have so much love and respect to John. But I never got a chance to listen to his solo project. Today I clicked on this video cause UA-cam recommend it. I didn’t expect to cry with so much pain. How does John do it? How does he write what I'm feeling, down to the letter? How??!! And his beautiful, totally underrated voice! I can't tell you all how much it's meant to me here recently to have found John's solo work. He's gotten me through such a rough patch in my life. Ok, so I'm still going through that rough patch, but John's music is there for me. I know I haven't even scratched the surface of all of his solo work, and I wake up every morning with a little smile.

Something happened to me just now after listening to the song a second time in a row and really listening to the lyrics, my life is nothing like johns is or was, but I just felt all the pain and longing in the song for a short moment, and my entire body got very hot, and my leg hairs latched onto the blanket over me, and my feet started tingling. It feels like I was in love with some intangible thing or concept and it left me and I'll never feel it or experience it ever again.
