I have always been afraid of monsters. It’s a fear I never really outgrew. Whenever I closed my eyes, especially in the shower, I felt as though I were going to die of fright! But this isn’t a bad memory, it’s a fond one, so when I told Translucent of this at an event once, he told me to think of him and all fear would melt away. It worked! From then on, every time my fear of monsters prevented me from closing my eyes in the bathroom, I only had to envision him protecting me and I felt like I could conquer the world!
Strangely enough, though, it always felt as if someone were watching me because every time I exited the shower, my towel was missing and my sink was on. But I always did have a rather active imagination…how else would I have been afflicted with

I remember Translucent saving my ex girlfriend from a bank robbery. She was extremely grateful to him. But, sadly traumatized by the whole affair. Kept moaning in bed at night until she’d drift off to a deep sleep. The trauma. It eventually drove a wedge between us. She stopped wanting to be intimate with me and we inevitably broke up. The trauma. Poor thing. It was hard, but I understood. The trauma. I’m just glad she survived and Translucent was there to save her.

Translucent was a great man. He was always there for me as if he was able to sense when i needed him. The last time he saved me was 2 years ago when i almost fell during a shower and hit my head. He sensed it and came so quick that i landed on him instead of landing on cold marble and hitting my head. I owe him a life. Two lives actually. I wasn't aware that i was pregnant then. Life is full of miracles.

What a shining and touching tribute Starlight! Translucent was always my favorite! He just blew me away!! I was broken up into pieces when he passed. I never got the chance to see Translucent in person but I know he will always be watching over us in our most vulnerable of moments. True hero through and through. He will be missed.

My sister and I once met Translucent back when she was still in high school. I was a big fan, but he was even more friendly to my sister. I know this is late, I just needed time to process my grief over the incredible loss that is Translucent. I met him at a fan meet and greet at my high school. He set up a booth next to the ROTC recruiters in the cafeteria and we all got to meet him during our lunch periods. I told him how much i looked up to the Seven, and how much their courage gave me strength to go on despite my bullying and depression. He told me he would always be there for those in need and that he would pray for me. I was later crying in the school's shower room post marching band practice after school and found myself feeling like i was wrapped in an embrace. I felt so warm and filled with love, i could feel it basically shoved in me. I later dropped out of school altogether as I became pregnant despite being a virgin. A MIRICLE. The bullying stopped since i didnt have to see them at school too so my depression slowly went away. To this day, I believe God sent me that child to fill the void in my life and give me a higher purpose. Thank God for giving us the Supes and thank you to Translucent for giving me comforting words at the lowest part of my life, i believe him praying for me showed God that i was worthy of being a pure virgin mother. Rest in peace Translucent, I will never forget you and the impact you had in my life. You'll be missed

Translucent saved my friend's life at the gun range once. He was talking all this crap about how Translucent was pathetic and needed replaced on the Seven, when out of nowhere, a two stray bullets hit him in the arm and leg. Boy was I glad when Translucent showed up and proved him wrong. He even spent all night consoling his mom and sister. You could hear them wailing from outside. Great guy.
Judging by when the trailer released last year, we’ll be getting at least a teaser trailer in the next two months. I’m so pumped.

Well actually if you see the moment her eyes light up the footage cuts because it turned the camera off, so she actually did use her real powers. Her powers doesn’t destroy memory or footage just sucks out energy. I don’t know if you saw her video for her audition for the seven, but it is quite obvious there.
Yep, at 3:08 she did use her power to blow up stage lights. That is why image turned dark (with only her eyes and sparks visible) - camera need some time to adjust for lower light level. Very good attention to details, seriosly. :)
