what about the Marian apparitions ?....it seems to me the Catholics are using prayer that have worked for them so they continue to do so, they are humble enough to know that God is capable of anything He chooses, so who are you to say that there is no unseen spiritual world and Our Lady is just one of many wonderful apparitions that serve a purpose, otherwise don't you think God would put a stop to the apparitions?
Mary is the mother of Jesus, she leads us to her son Jesus Christ. Jesus is God therefore Mary is the Mother of God. She suffered with Jesus on His journey and crucifixion in Calvary. She knew her Son Jesus is a Powerful God who became Man thru her womb, but she kept in the background obediently. She is the Queen of heaven and earth(Read Revelations 12) She is also our Spiritual Mother by the grace of Jesus Christ. We can ask her to pray for us and lead us to Jesus, because she knows Jesus very well. God bless 🙏

Wow. How excellent is this video. Thank you! I used to never read scripture. Thought it too difficult for me to understand. Now read it daily with the help of Ignatuis press study bible. I still struggle and wonder how well I'll really understand some of the profound writings of the saints that resulted from their excellent relationship with God. What we fail to remember is God is truly great and can do anything in us. I am encouraged. Pax Christi!

@@sue-by7sh Dearest Sue, depositing a decade of rosarys within a day, is worthy of sainthood, and considered blasphemous if not met. Kindly set goals that are attainable as only the Padre can accomplish such miracles. Even then, the Padre would sweat such a deadline....... and the Padre doesn't like to sweat. We highly recommend our "Hail Mary Auto-Pay' Program to avoid any future "misunderstanding". The Padre updates records after 5pm daily and I will personally whisper in his ear of your intentions. Please repent your flaws, you still owe a confession. St. Peter receives updates weekly and retractions can be made upon receipt of the confession. We recommend confessions made directly to the Padre, as he may correct your verbiage appropriately before forwarding. Our Padre is one of the best middle men in the country, just ask him. Ante up the confession girl!

This is so spot on! Those exact thoughts are in my mind - how long is this enthusiasm gonna last? Thoughts like you failed trying to be good, what makes you think you can continue this? Lots of questioning like are you sure this is God's will or yours for your own satisfaction? Thoughts like you're really gonna regret giving up the comforts of life.

I miss this priest so much SF! I have noticed that you have not posted anything from him in a while. There are many excellent sermons on this channel (and I offer my utmost gratitude and ardent prayers on your behalf) but this priest is different. He is unafraid and his words are truth as they feed the hungry soul. I understand that Our Lord removes spiritual consolations so that we may grow in holiness but why him? Through Our Lady's intercession and a little help from my guardian angel I have found his website (although he isn't named therein) however there may be others who have not and I am very sorry for them. May Our Lady protect and keep him!

Oh yeah, I needed to hear this! You betcha! But I have questions, Father...the consolation l, the tears, the inspirations, they're all there, the deep inner peace comes so fleetingly, but profoundly...then the dark one strikes again, and so powerfully that I'm blindsided. I try every day to prepare ahead of time, but even when I think I've covered all the bases, it's never enough to prevent the dark one from getting to me. He can penetrate any material apart from the light of God. I grow tired, and must rest now...adieu. ... ..

Recite: 1 Our father, 1 Hail Mary, 1 Glory be, and the St. Michael prayers. Conclude with by saying it 3 times:
Jesus I trust in you”
Beware the thought will come back again but you must place yourself above it with calm and serenity. Breath in and out to pick up your senses and say the prayer

Augustine's youth was fairly common. The next 20 years he was a "seeker of truth." There is nothing wrong with exploring Eastern religions, Manacheanism, etc., for how does one "find" unless he/she "seeks." The problem I have with Augustine is that he deflowered a woman, had an illegitimate child with her, never married her but kept her as a concubine. He therefore made sure she couldn't inherit anything from him or his family. Are those the actions of a "holy" man? The man was very self-absorbed and selfish! Yet, the men who control the Catholic Church made him a "saint."
I think most saints were just regular people, and not all people get the same Grace bestowed upon them, nor get chastised the same, you have to realize God has a whole different level of justice, the saying "God works in mysterious ways" is a big hint that we are kind of "winging" it here on earth and you need to look into why God would allow him to be a made a saint. Perhaps he was not bound by the law.
Incorrect. When he "put away" his first concubine, the mother of his child he said: "She is a better Christian than me." He said this because she became a celibate and he kept fornicating. He also raised his son from age 12 or so. He was brutally frank about his sinfulness. He stood up for Christian wives in his sermons and told the men who had mistresses that they were hell bound. "You expect chaste wives but you are unchaste." He also wrote in support of women who were raped, urging them NOT to commit suicide and emphasizing the fact that the men were unclean, not them. Read Augustine of Hippo, and get some ACTUAL FACTS. Th book was written by an English classical scholar whose name I forget. You are not a "seeker of truth" unless you are willing to research a reasonable amount of sources.
