I liked this excellent video. Just for your other viewers although not connected with this video, here is the prayer of Ignatius of Loyola - “Teach us, good Lord, to serve you as you deserve; to give, and not to count the cost, to fight, and not to heed the wounds, to toil, and not to seek for rest, to labor, and not to ask for reward, except that of knowing that we are doing your will.”
I am a first time viewer and am fully impressed by this person’s observations and analysis. It is spot on. She is young but it is refreshing to listen to her traditional Catholic academic explanations. Ms. Bookworm, although young in years, writes and speaks 10:46 an “ole wise soul “ voice….worth reading and listening to.
Awesome seeing someone interested in theology as myself! I got a gallery of books haha met a priest at the airport had a long conversation and he recommended visiting, cloister in the platte. Spiritual retreat in Nebraska made specifically for St Ignatius spiritual exercises, where they guide you through the exercises. ^^ its definitely been on my mind this week.

The UA-cam channel, "Discerning Hearts," features Fr. Timothy Gallagher thoroughly discussing and explaining St. Ignatius's rules. If you want to learn more, go there, because Fr. Gallagher is truly well-versed and gentle as he explains everything. Fr. Gallagher also covers a series titled, "Discerning the Will of God," and it's VERY helpful and valuable as well!
please check out St Edith Stein’s works, like Science of the Cross (Die Kreuzeswissenschaft) She is one of my favourite saints. Her books are both theological and philosophical.
The only spiritual exercise Christ our Savior did was to pray, to his and our Father . Spending time in prayer with God. Scripture teaches we are to be like him ,comformed to his image I think we should follow Jesus and scripture Alone in this matter rather than any exercises of person. For Holy spirit is the one that gives the ultimate discernment in Every Matter in life and sheds light on subtle temptations and sins. I say this because the things you described about spirits the good the bad, seem so extra biblical i mean the language ,vocab And BTW satan does not use scprit or plans he uses Anything And Everything to lead us away from Jesus, very subtly. Again it should the Holy Spirit that should be only comfort and hope in this God bless.
All saints knew they were capable of great evil; to whom much is given much will be asked; a soul can be measured by common laws and general rules, only God can read the mind, and you can't compete with the readers imagination; people know what they're doing but they do it anyway. Sometimes God sends dreams or visions to wake us up.

Hi, does any one know where, online, we can see the movie Ignatius of Loyola?
I'm afraid it's not available for free. You can watch it on Amazon Prime as far as I know.

The bookworm prefers to keep this information private.
