    Good to see a buss ridden through corners rather than down a runway

    I’ve watched more Busa reviews than I can remember but this set is by a huge margin the best. Rather than a review from Joe Soap or your regular bike journo, this review was from a genuine professional racer that knows what he’s talking about. Also credit to the bike when a 60 kilo bloke can hustle it round a tight track. I too have read multiple reviews that have clearly stated this Busa wouldn’t be any good on track, what tosh. At 260 kilo it’s not going to beat a light weight sport bike but a half decent rider will still put fast times in and have a ton of fun doing it. Heck I’ve seen BMW GS’s on a track day riding rings round some sport bike riders. Basically with the Busa, it’s a bit of a jack of all trades. I’ve owned 3 previously and toured thousands of k’s in comfort and exhilarating speeds. I’m about to buy the gen 3 and I’m confident I’ll love it as much as my gen 1’s and gen 2. Thanks for the candid, factual no bs review of Suzuki’s new beast.

    What a great review . So good to have an obviously talented racer to review this legendary bike . A complete package really . I’ve had Hayabusas’ before and raced a Superbike , this bike surprises everyone . I know there are lighter quicker bikes for the track , so build one of those - I did . The Hayabusa is the ultimate road bike for what I love about riding. It’s basically a Great White Shark on the road , there may be something a bit faster down a twisty road…. but it fears NOTHING 😂😂… what a machine …. I want another one now 🙄🤦‍♂️

    My Gen2 is best enjoyed by myself when I take it up to Teesdale/ Weardale then the lakes, where it is on it's side most of the time. Awesome bike.

    It’s a complacent bike. I never thought 1300 cc would feel so pleasant. I just took a ride with my wife for the first time on the 2018 model. It was amazing, we got caught in a storm with water halfway up the wheels. No issues whatsoever. It felt planted and the most dangerous part was, my wife screaming on our Sena S10 for me to turn down the music and focus 🤣.
    Great video, may God bless you all.

    Seen at least 10 reviews of the new Busa and then came across this. By far the best and most informative, nothing beats a professional racer talking about how the bike behaves at the limit. Superb job, thx alot. For me the best way to improve as a rider and learn your bike is taking courses on a track, then you can ride safe on the streets.

    Would like your impression of the BMW K1300R, I have ridden a lot of bikes in 40 years but no busa's yet, tried a kawasaki kr1s years ago and was alot of fun, nearly bought a B king but prices were the same as the BMW, excellent work guys, saw the RG500 vid and will be watching you alot.

      @@petrolrevolt I'm live in Australia, got my licence in 1982 on the last air cooled RD250, first bike was an 81 GSX1100ex, recently bought the BMW K1300R as it was the same price as the B king but 7 years newer, crazy front end, shaft drive and similar power after Arrow muffler swap, 10,000 km. Long for stability, turn t/c off and front lifts very nice, reminds me of 1100 Katana but way more power and torque, still have an 94 XT600, 2nd one, only 18,000km, it'll go anywhere. I'm a mechanic, about to watch the Zagato vid, Danny sounds alot like Barry Sheene.👌

    The hazard lights coming on would annoy me is there any way that can be disable ?

    • @petrolrevolt
      @petrolrevolt  2 роки тому +2

      Yes, they do come on a little too often, sometimes not even close enough to the braking force which would be similar to an actual emergency stop. Just like there’s no ‘official’ way to turn off ABS, I didn’t see a menu option to stop the hazards unfortunately

      It’s called the ‘Emergency Stop Signal’ and no, it can’t be turned off.

     ■Gen 1: 244 kg (equipment weight) / 175 hp
     ■Gen 2: 266 kg (equipment weight) / 197 hp

      I have a hayabusa! And it handles in my hand like a feather 🪶 ✨️. I can break it well, corner it, also wheelie it very easy, the samething you can do on a smaller and lighter bike 🏍. I think the problem is you 😏 .....!

      @@wIndstar47 your right. 200 extra lbs doesn’t mean anything to a good rider. 😂😂😂😂. Ohhh the new youth.. gotta smack em’

    • @wIndstar47
      @wIndstar47 8 місяців тому +2

      @Zukilover305 If riding a lighter bike is what you like, then by all means 👍ride one. But you don't put something or someone down & say it's not worth anything because you disagree or don't like its setup or structure 🤔. That's acting like a jerk. It doesn't matter if he or her doesn't like it for whatever reason. ( also take a look at Sylvain Quintoli on the hayabusa Gen 3 😁 & he was a professional wsbk & motogp racer 🏁). If you don't like the Suzuki Hayabusa, that's fine, cool 😎 but you can not say it's worthless & shouldn't be rode by anyone. Because it didn't work for you, so there for no one else should have it & if anybody else does their stupid, dum & not worth anything (this is also how people treat animals). You're living ✨️ on selfish opinions. Where do you think what you say, like & want only matters 🤔. And the youth is the future. I may be young, but I care about other people thoughts , opinions and feelings , not just my own. This is called freedom 🇺🇸 🌎 ...
