I have a 2022 Busa, and the stablity of the bike is amazing. It has most of the nimbleness of a litre class sport bike (because of the new frame's steering geometry) but it still has the surefooted stability of a battleship (because of the length, weight, quality suspension etc).
It is like the best of both worlds for a bike you will ride on real roads.
I would not buy a Busa for racetrack use, it is really not right for that and not right for stop start city commuting, but for spirited riding from one city to another it is close to perfect. 👍😎

The Becci Ellis! "Suzuki Hayabusa" is a modified "Beauty". Would love to see what the "Becci Ellis" would do on a motogp race track 🏁! Not just going in a straight line. All was amazing & beautiful ❤.

Loads of respect for someone aiming for 200mph on a bike. Having done 150mph on many occasions on German autobahns, I can certainly relate to the thought “what if ?” 😳

That bike in its original form did 220 mph. Kawasaki were having none of it so brought out their ZX12R which was faster top speed and roll on races from all speeds. Which was the main reason I had one for 6 years. Unfortunately I was 40 and becoming sensible and never did more than 150 on it.

The Gen 1 hayabusa is the lightest of the three models !
     〇 Gen 1: 244 kg (equipment weight) / 175 hp
     〇 Gen 2: 266 kg (equipment weight) / 197 hp
     〇 Gen 3: 264 kg (equipment weight) / 188 hp

The gen 1 was only 244kg with the aluminium subframe 1999, it was then changed to a steel s.frame and went to over 248kg.
      Gen 1 std actual rwhp avg 150 - 155
      Gen 2 170 - 175
      Gen 3 all around 180
Have owned several, ridden loads and sold loads, they're all great road bikes, the gen 3 is the best overall as std, it handles better than the earlier versions....that's progress.

@@nickrider5220 Thank you for your reply.
There is a loss in horsepower between the horsepower of the engine alone and the horsepower measured by the tires.

Too much talking and not much racing.
