Not everything. Buy your meat and eggs from a butchershop (they use non plastic paper to wrap meat). Get a water filter and just drink out of a refillable non BPA water bottle, and wear 100% cotton clothing. Also buy soaps instead of body wash due to body wash being in plastic containers.
