    Keto can 100% crush Testosterone. Because, it’s inherently a stress state & elevates cortisol which antagonizes test.
    Improper micro-nutrient levels is also something to consider. People hyper-focus on macros when micros might realistically be more important.

    Love all the advice, but i think its not true you’re just getting UV damage & not ANY vitamin d in the morning. It just takes more time to increase vitamin d in the morning vs 12pm (also takes more time to get UV damage in the morning vs 12pm)

    If I smoke at night, I get that good deep sleep. Normally, about 7.5hrs of sleep, but I feel energized like a lil kid in the morning.

      I've tested with a sleep tracker, while I fall asleep faster on it, my time in REM and deep sleep are always lower unfortunately

      Not everything. Buy your meat and eggs from a butchershop (they use non plastic paper to wrap meat). Get a water filter and just drink out of a refillable non BPA water bottle, and wear 100% cotton clothing. Also buy soaps instead of body wash due to body wash being in plastic containers.

    Brandon. You talk about 41 as if it was old. 48 is closer to 25 than to 52. 20s, 30s 40s are the same. You are still a spring chicken. For a decade. Then you start getting older. Dont think 41 is old. It is not.
