He says "I do meditation so I can be calmer" then drinks 1 full gram of caffeine.

Idea: make a habit tracker of these s tier habits
    S-Tier (and examples and notes)
    1. Meditation ("nothing", breathing, memorization)
    2. Caffeine (pre, White Monster)
    3. Tracking progress (Notion, notepad, Google sheets, anything that tracks numbers)
    4. Reading ("HowTo"s of millionaires, biographies, new skill, anything to absorb models' experience)
    5. Early wake up (4:30 am, slept 7 hours, do some work, then do cold things like shower or walk outside, take caffeine. Make sure put alarm far from bed)
    6. Sleeping (get comfortable as possible. Use ZMA, glycine, camomile, whatever works for quality rather than quantity)
    7. Hate-Great list (all your ex's, enemies, and what they said. Devil, your 4th grade teacher, etc. vs all your idols. Jesus, Bible quotes, MyPillow guy)
    8. Keto (use blood meter, weigh food / track macros)
    9. Consistent practice ("skill acquisition matrix". 1 hr/day amazing in 13 yrs vs 4/day best in the world in 13 years)
    10. Google Calendar everything (use Brandon's example video. Get as much done as early as you can in the day)
    11. Modafinal (basically smokin crack)
    12. Vidya with cardio (anything to make the boring stuff fly by)
    13. Dress for success (anything to mentally level up, also makes you in mood to work)
    14. Track mood (use mood app, or spreadsheet. Check Brandon's video on it)

Brandon Carter is always hitting us with top tier videos! Protect this man at all cost! 🙏🏽😂
But imo the “no fap” rule should only apply to people who have an unhealthy porn addiction that they need to break. Just like most things, watching tv, playing video games, using social media, etc… engaging in those things isn’t really a problem. But if it’s an unhealthy addiction then IT IS A PROBLEM. Because it stops you from being disciplined, motivated, and productive.

I do most of these habits.
I take mental breaks Monday, and Thursdays from everything.
I found out that I can undoubtedly grow mentally if I get out of my own way, and shut my brain off for at least when I train, because knowing isn't enough. We have to give our brain time to grow, or we won't! That is why schools these days are creating failures, because they do not allow themselves to grow-they hate on themselves killing the connections within the neurons making the brain decline in its functions.
    I appreciate you sharing.

Tracking overated. Hate it but really puts things in order. Working at UPS 21$ a hour part time helping moms. At home at 24 . Waiting on TSA from LAX to call me back. Because my mom works at airport. And i passed the medical exam and interview with great confidence. Im like a samurai in this interview. Good posture, honesty all is good. Sit straight no slumping. Passed. 🎉
Tracking from all your apps now. Using the top tier like crazy. Now on caffeine. Meditation. Gaming while cardio. Great stuff. Just reaching out looking for a mentor now. Reached out to some people and looking for a brotherhood. Need money. Only got 140$ in my BANK. Thx alot!

Great vid, was some uniqe ones. Like adderal, monk mode, funny ones like treadmil work lol. Tracking, reading, tracking sleep is defintely good. i have to disagree with jorunaling being blow, many people do journaling, many rich people do, been even said thats what most rich people have in common. Tracking your present, looking for future and past aswell writing your goals is good. Its similar with tracking which you put high on list, i would put it on good or baller. Jorunaling can track progress, mistakes, improvements, things to do (to do list) and mood. Its good. Which i should do more of. Also think no fap should be on meh, its not ideal, but can help if addicted, overconsuption is not good. Nice info on the vid.

Brandon, I dont know if you changed your editing team, or if they changed their strategy, but I liked it better when it was you talking to us. Now it's 77 angles and irrelevant pictures switching every 3 seconds. Its tiring and it just feels less real. Not being a hater here, just saying my thoughts out of hundreds of comments. Still learning a bunch from your content. Thank you 🙌💪

    • @alejandro639
      @alejandro639 8 місяців тому

Sorry man. Too much editing. Your knowledge and advice is what I'm here for. Images of random people and change of angles every 2 seconds... I can't. Still learning here, but I just can't sit through this much editing. Cheers bro 🤙

  • @patrick5315

2m in the video and you already deserve the like. No fap is a way for people to feel some kind of progress without having to do anything. Imagine you put your mind in learning a new language or skill instead of not nutting, the results is going to be very clear, instead of a vague placebo effect

Great video again brother. One thing I’ll say about porn is that it’s like alcohol. Some people are fine with small amounts but others become addicted and lose control of their lives as a result of it. It’s easy to get to that point if porn has been a part of your day since a young child. I don’t think no fap but I do see the benefits of no porn.
