Great explanation and I love how you added corrective exercises for the specific problems! It always pays off for me and those I coach, to take the time to break the lifts down into these smaller parts, and get the technique 👍🏼
Haha! I’m working on this at the moment. It’s convenient that UA-cam just fed this to me again, because, while I’ve watched it before, I definitely found the refresher timely. Timing is everything.
I discovered your channel only recently. I am just doing squats and deadlifts for fitness, but I ever wanted to learn at least a power snatch, because I admire the movement. I have watched so many videos, but never understood the „middle“ of it (second pull, contact). And than, just two of your videos and it made click in my head. I walked from my iPad to my (empty) bar and tried what I hoped I had just understood - and there it was 😊 I‘m pretty sure I was far from perfect, but from there I have a feeling for the movement. Thank you so much 🙏 And BTW: Your intro is just perfect.
I have been trying to find your one video explaining internal vs external rotation of the shoulder on snatch. But i can’t find it again. Did you delete it from youtube or am i just a dumbass not finding it again. Lol
