- Let's go back to the 1980s tonight and flip through a lovely little time capsule with Victoria Principal on the cover. This is of course back when the show, Dallas, ruled prime time. Victoria is modeling a sweater that McCall's provides the instructions to crochet in this very magazine! There is a great article on Carol Burnett, who was filming the movie Annie at the time. This is an Easter issue, so there are loads of recipes and McCall's Cooking School instructions on making pork roast. Of course, we can get nostalgic as we peek at the ads. They are always so interesting to look at!

Hi Susan, McCall's went out of print in 2002. ❤️
