It's neither, it's just a small flat tumor on my nose. I've had it a long time and ignored it, and it got bigger and really red so I needed to get a biopsy which came back as skin cancer. I just hope letting it go for over 12 years it hasn't gone in my bone. They will scrape it in layers which each layer takes about an hour until it is cancer free under a microscope.
