"Stop saying that men are your oppressors...It's lie. It's a hurtful lie. It's a hateful lie and it's wrong." My favorite quote of the documentary.

    • @jameseverett9037
      @jameseverett9037 Рік тому

The easiest way to lie is to generalize. You'll notice that pretty much every Leftist narrative is a vast generalization.
It becomes harder to lie the more specific you have to get, because you get closer to actual events, things that have to be observed, verified and have to do with individuals who experienced it. When you have no real proof, you generalize so that you don't have to show what, how, where the oppression is taking place, and to whom, specifically. And you also can't solve generalizations, which makes them convenient tools to oppress those you're accusing of doing what you're doing.
Like "racism" - it's supposedly everywhere, oppressing every black person, but when you ask for specifics, the best you get is an example of some black person who suffered a predictable or avoidable tragedy, like being arrested as a suspect, or shot for resisting arrest - like any white person would be, and is. And of course it's made out to be an anomaly or injustice, disproportionate for black people.....until you look at actual stats, of course. By then, the accuser of "racism" has moved to another strawman until that one is rebutted with facts, and they move on again, or back to points that have already been debunked.
And it will always, -without exception - move to another generalization that has to be deconstructed back into actual events. Of course the accuser rarely has the patience to follow and answer specific inquiries in their accusations, and simply ends the conversation with name calling and more accusations of "racism" "homophobia" or "Women hating", i. e. more generalizations.

It is a cause that seems more like a religion. Unfortunately they are not a religion. Religion covers all aspects of human life and culture and has been co-evolving with us. These are more like fractured religions, otherwise known as ideologies, which captures the cognitive habits and processes that religion usually inhabit and are much less amenable to change. That is actually good news. Niche environment, lack of adaptability equals certain death👍. I am hoping it does not happen on the typical biological evolutionary time scale 😒.

No, but to her credit she listened and gave it validity. 99.99% of today’s feminists would shut down men who try to say these things. When’s the last time men tried to shut down a speech on women’s issues? Well, Warren Farrell couldn’t even have a speech about issues facing boys and men without feminazis shutting it down. They’re so afraid of losing the power they claim they don’t have.

The entire women's movement can be summed as thus; the movement's goal has been two fold; to give all the perceived 'rights' that men allegedly had over women, and simultaneously removing any responsibility from women to earn those rights. For anything. Or duty, or acting within a social structure of any sort. Or with any common decency or restraint in ANY area. In other words, women wanted all the 'good stuff' without having to be responsible for any of the 'bad stuff' stuff meaning, being responsible for their shitty decisions. We need to take that away because responsibility for bad decisions is 'oppressive' and by LAW needs to be removed. But only for the females. How's that working out for the feminists? Pretty well, I'd say.

Here in Australia we have all these women walking off work to demand a pay rise. Child care workers. They believe they are under paid and are asking for a... wait for it... 30 percent pay rise. The fucking entitlement.
Meanwhile not so long ago the coppers were fighting for a pay rise and didn't even get 3 percent. Putting their lives on the line apparently isn't worth the compensation, but the highly skilled multiple years of study (sarcasm) to be a childcare worker is worth 10 times more.
This is what happens when society feeds the bullshit that women are worth way more than they actually are.

James Von Maxwell There is no chance of that happening, men's rights groups have been around for about a 100 years or so and what have they accomplished? The answer to that is nothing or very little. Women have the vote and as long as politicians pine to them for their own selfish needs i.e. to get elected all this will continue. There are some good women like Cassie but the majority do not see men's pain. Are society does not have another 100 years it will collapse a long time before then, we are not having kids and it's all down to demographics. You can't out Trump nature or biology.

I would also add that a lot of women (and part of this is the influence of feminism - though not all of it) don't seem prepared to take responsibility for their power while expecting men to take responsibility for theirs. What do I mean by that? Well if we consider that men's power is physical - men are bigger, stronger, and have more muscle mass than women (on average), men are expected by society to take responsibility for that power and are expected not to abuse it to gratify themselves emotionally by beating, raping, or otherwise physically domineering women (the emotions here are either going to be anger/rage in the case of beating, or lust and sexual desire in the case of rape). This is a cultural trope that is well established and actively enforced both legally and socially. This is a good thing.
However, women's power over men is emotional and sexual. Women are designed to be visually appealing to men's highly active libidos, while their more emotionally attuned nature is also appealing to men's desire for nurturing, connection, and support (again, talking about average men and women). Psychological, emotional, and sexual manipulation and abuse from women to men is commonplace in our society and rarely called out for the damaging thing that it is - I've certainly been on the receiving end of it many times in my life and it has done tremendous damage that has impaired my ability to function normally (given me depression and anxiety). Again, such manipulation and abuse seems to be the unhealthy manifestation of certain emotions (anger, lust, a need for validation), but unlike male physical abuse, society doesn't seem to have a strong opinion toward the notion of women controlling these emotional impulses. Indeed, there seems to be a narrative that women are simply these emotional beings who can't control themselves - it is to be expected. It is excused.
Science is beginning to understand more and more that humans actually experience emotional pain and trauma in a very similar way to the way in which they experience physical pain, so in a very real sense these kinds of abuse are no less hurtful and damaging. Perhaps we should, as a society, be less forgiving of this kind of abuse.
In saying this, I understand of course that there are men who emotionally, psychologically, and sexually manipulate and abuse women, just as there are women who physically abuse men. However, what I'm drawing attention to here is which of these scenarios seems to be more commonplace, more visible, more expected, and more talked about - and which do not.

This is a very powerful video. It truly highlights the treadmill, paradox, circular argument, vicious cycle, and rabbit hole that is feminism. Women by and large do not want hard power. They like the idea and the autority of it, but not the reality and responsibility of it. Women have and always have had soft power being the limiting factor in reproduction for the species and with dimorphism favoring men. They have more freedoms and rights and less responsibilities and obligations than ever before yet feminism is becoming louder and louder.

An additional piece of information on this video: you may notice a lot of blinking and eye movement. This is due to a condition I have caused by physical and other abuse I suffered as a child, and is neurological. It severely affects my balance, my vision, my hearing, my spacial awareness, and gave me lifelong anxiety issues. discovered treatments the last couple of years that made it easier to handle, and included the discovery that I have a very intense light sensitivity that I wasn't even entirely conscious of; I now mostly wear sunglasses even indoors and my stress levels are reduced and I'm less nervous talking to people.
One thing you will notice is that some of the "Men's Rights" people you see here are even now spreading rumors around the Internet that I am brain damaged and insane. Their evidence for this is that they know I had this childhood injury which is technically called a Closed Head Injury or "Brain Damage." Although on the brain scans they do these days, the majority of the adult population will show up with some level of "brain damage." In any case, the diagnosis is PTSD, ADHD, and related neurological trauma. There's also a couple of spine injuries I didn't mention, FYI.
I got into men's advocacy work to help the abused. It says something interesting about those who would use childhood injuries to mock, smear, belittle, and dismiss a guy, doesn't it?
For those who care, my Red Pill Religion podcast has begun featuring guests that were at the International Conference on Men's Issues in 2014, where Cassie shot her movie. Please feel free to stop by and check us out. Your best Men's Human Rights Advocacy group on the internet right now, by the way, is the PFM/Men's Human Rights Movement group run by RK Hendrick, who we interviewed last night and will likely be doing a bi-weekly podcast with us from now on. Wish us luck.
Men's rights are human rights -- even men with "brain damage."

I have been working to explore my weakness and vulnerability in order to find my true power. Which means I am more immune to hypoagency. And the shaming tactics women use (usually unconsciously) to have power over me to get they think they want. When putting their power back where it belongs with them (you are responsible for yourself and your life) I get more respect. Women actually grow to detest a man they can manipulate. Calling out a partnership of equals where we are different works. Not every woman is up for it. I am fortunate that my wife is. I would say she is not a victim feminist, but one who responsibility for her own agency.

I have always hated the "you oppress (abuse) me, just because...." excuse from anyone, let alone, from close relationships. I was physically, verbally, mentally abused as a child, and can describe to a tee, everything that was done to me by the abusive parent. Not to have a reason why, how, when abuse occurred, is beyond reason.

18:34. I have a story very close to what Dean says there.
Three weeks ago I was talking to a peer at work about hypergamy, dominance hierarchies and how women instinctively chase status. The guy resonated with the ideas to some extent. A female co-worker was upset by this conversation and after a somewhat sincere exchange of words, she said these ideas make her feel like an animal.. To what I answered: "Yeah, I don't like it either". That was the least insulting thing I could come up with at the time as the fucking sightlessness she showed shocked me. To me, this shows most women live in lies sustained by gynocentrism and female hypoagency. The fucking ego..
Although the more I learn about this stuff, the more I feel an increasing amount of irreconcilable resentment towards nature/reality/life, I can understand the evolutionary value they add to our species. That doesn't make the purposelessness go away though. I also find men conflate these "redpill" views with insecurity and weakness, yet those conflations are the result of force-fed ideas through female harassment/shaming.

Dean is not the most polished speaker but he lays it on the line more than anyone. If he can't make you go full MGTOW, who can? So many women do expect male providence as their birthright and they don't see it as a female privilege while they complain about the privilege of powerful men. Well said Dean. All in all, I do support some of the equal rights legislation promoted by feminists in the past, but the depiction of men & masculinity as toxic has undone much of this.

Who is in charge and who has the power, when a man if he no longer meet his woman's expectations ceases to be a man? He's been put in charge, but if he doesn't deliver - he lose everything he 's worked for up to this moment in a divorce. His family, his house, his livelihood - if she wants to leave the marriage - he is done, nobody can help him, nothing he can do about it. Who has the power?

Personally, I'm a straight white male who's very attracted to women but my attitude towards women makes me an acception to the rule. I've had many relationships long term, short term and even just sex. But regardless of what its been, I've never met their expectations unless it's benefited me. Never have, never will. And that's why none of the relationships I've ever been in have lasted. Because womens expectations only ever benefitted themselves, it never benefitted either me or the both of us as a couple. Just them. And that's why I'm still single now. And I've never been married, never even been engaged, nor did I ever have kids. And I realized recently that the careful precautions I've taken over the years has been one of the best things I've done for myself in my life and I only have myself to thank for it. Women ain't getting nothing out of me and it's so satisfying to know that my cautious attitude with women all these years was right all along. 😄😄😄

If you say the bottom 20% poorest are overwhelmingly men but we live in a society where the top 1% are also overwhelmingly men maybe the thing to focus on is not gender. If you say "if we define wealth as power" then DO NOT define MALENESS as power. If you want to talk about wealth talk about the rich and poor and not male and female. If women are oppressed there is no cure when you define it that way. But we CAN alleviate poverty and temper it to varying degrees. A lot of wealthy people do inherit wealth but many also work hard for it. We could work for a level playing field for everyone as much as we can. We should stop thinking in terms of money and then defining it as a gender issue.

To answer the question, it depends what it meant by "facade of weakness" as there are many forms of strengths and weaknesses. I would say women's greatest strength is also their greatest vice, indeed the worse aspect of femininity, is there capacity for self-serving manipulations that prey's on humanity's largely unrecognized/not thought about instinct to provision and protect women while simultaneously evading all responsibility and negative consequences for doing so - biological solipsism covered up by a pretty smile or insincere tears, you might call it.
Men used to know how to deal with this, and most importantly of all, how to say "No." to women. Not so much anymore, hence so many of society's problems.
And, yes, men and masculinity have their faults/dark side too, but the question is about women.

Why is it so hard for people to accept that yes ... we have had a patriarchal system ... who was gynocentric by its very nature ?
Everything it did was to protect , provide , and promote the family , the women and children .
Men would sacrifice themselves , Bear the pain and drudgery , the injuries , the years of toil ... if they were told it was for the women .
When men were sent into battle , they were told ... “ For God ,King , and country ... men ... think of your mothers , your sisters , your wives , your daughters ... and give your all ...”
Men did ... in their thousands .
Stacks of bodies on battlefields ...
cities turned into funeral pyres .
Now they have put the women in direct competition with us ... and WE are now the enemy .
To give the women what they want , we must destroy ourselves ...
Men , because of old traditions , misplaced loyalty ... biological programming ... are just silly enough to do it .
If we fight them and win , we are monsters ... if we lose , society self-destructs ...
So we are walking away .
If women want to destroy civilization , we can’t stop them ... but we can refuse to participate.
    MGTOW , brothers ...
See you on the other side ...
Here is to a better life , next time around .

Feminist "Patriarchy Theory" posits that we live in a patriarchy in which men hold all the power, that ALL men are in some ways complicit in this patriarchy, which is for their exclusive benefit. This means all males have "male privilege" including the majority of American men who've been genitally mutilated in infancy without an anesthetic (which would be illegal if they were female) as well as homeless men, and men in prison and men who perform the dirty, dangerous and arduous work that females are as a class exempt from.
This so called "patriarchy" paradoxically insures the average women a vastly better life than the average man- 80% of the homeless are male, as are 80% of murders and suicides. 92% of workplace fatalities are male, twice as much is spent on healthcare for females and twice as many males are uninsured- women also (big surprise!) live five years longer on average ( a disparity which is not a result of inherent female superiority as feminists claim, but rather as a result of skewed medical priorities- the disparity did not exist until advances in medicine where utilized to help the females first and foremost). A woman convicted of a felony has twice as great a chance of avoiding prison as a man, and in the unlikely event a female criminal is imprisoned she will be incarcerated in a smaller, more humane and less violent facility for a term of imprisonment averaging a 70% shorter sentence than a man convicted of the same offense.
The fact that feminists are wholly responsible for the fact that women (now 63% of university students) are a "protected class" under Affirmative Action in education shows how monstrously selfish and misandric they are, and how distorted their perceptions are.

4:36 well it seems like it would be much more correct to call it an oligarchy rather than a patriarchy
The elite few hold the majority of power and wealth and use it to further their power, wealth and interests (after all while men are majority of that small elite there are also most certainly women up there at the top)
