    Another Gr8 video. If someone follows this and struggles with moving beyond, they possibly have another underlying issue. ADHD, Bi-Polar sufferers for example display Anxiety outwardly/inwardly can be self identified. However, ADHD and Bi-polar, or other can not be and requires a Qualified Psychologist (many, too many are not). Untreated, Anxiety can cause self-medication and then dependency and worse. It is much, much easier to find a "good" MD than a Psychologist. In Recovery it is critical to identify the Cause and treat it, not just the Symptom (alcohol/drug) abuse. If not, there is no Recovery, just a slippery slope!!! . My opinion :)

    This is interesting, and I believe that having support and a buddy is key unfortunately, most people with this do not have a buddy and the IA voice seems so unempathic and mechanical that it’s ineffective
