Im also running a full frenzy build. Just really wish midras frenzy was better, WAAAAY to much FP consumption and self inflicted madness for the mid damage and build up on enemies. You madness yourself faster then anyone thats getting hit by it. Nanayas torch is just better while using like 20% of the FP.
The build is a high level 168, 60 vigor, 45 faith, 45 intelligence. The split stats is to scale with the frenzyflame perfume bottle the rest of stats are spread out for other weapon requirements.
Solid build. Frenzy is definitely a rewarding damage type for those who are a little mad, themselves.

It's better in close quarters, cramped hallways fucks people up, me and my buddy almost got ganked on the way to Radagon
Yea I agree, hopefully they fix it soon. It’s a shame it’s not that useful it’s only good in certain situations
