I started my health transformation back in February by focusing on my diet first. I’ve seen tremendous results and I’m adding the kiwi a day starting tomorrow.
nice! when I was trying to lose weight, eating kiwis really helped me with my sugar cravings. I had horrible cravings for cookies and candies late at night. Instead I would just quickly grab a kiwi and the majority of the time it satisfied my craving for junk food. Maybe not all the time... but they helped for sure!
Recommended dosage 2 kiwi a day. I start my day with 12 oz of water, then make Green tea, and other teas mixed mixed with psyllium husk 1-2 tbsp. About 30 min later, 2 kiwis. They serve as a great prebiotic. You will notice a lift in energy, and feel good feeling. First meal 2-3 hours later. 2nd meal 4-5 hours later. Peel downward with sharp knife from top like a banana, and eat. Yummy.
Learned about kiwi a long time ago when I was in college. I had to create a nearly-perfect diet for a young female. My professor was a tough old buzzard and I knew he would be grading me hard. He was also a vitamin C fanatic. So I studied the hell out of a nutrition encylopedia and discovered magic with the kiwi! I passed the class...and learned how to eat well.

Something you could try it mixing honey and lime juice together and dipping the kiwi in it (whole with skin) and taking a bite. I tried this recently and it helps me eat even more kiwis! You don’t have to mix much together, just a little.
Since the pandemic, I changed my whole diet/lifestyle and At the beginning, I found out about Kiwi and about the Vitamin C nutrients it has.. How can you just eat one 😂 I think I’m addicted to kiwi
hahaha yeah I'm addicted too... I usually eat just 1 per day or else I run out so fast and have to go back to the grocery store lol
😂 it’s so easy for me to order online I have no kiwi self control an they are so expensive where I live 🙈 I try to just eat 2 a day it’s great because I defiantly don’t crave any candy or chocolate now.
