      1) It depends on how your policy is written and who it's written with as to how coverage will apply when you leave your own state and 2) there are states that require you buy coverage directly from them. So to answer your question, no, you will not be able to buy a WC policy that will cover you in every state, but you can likely get a policy tailored to your specific needs.

The reason we hate you guys is due to the fact that we know you "actually" don't have any contractors best interest at heart. Your vibe doesn't lie very well..

Hi, I'm not exactly sure what you mean. You hate insurance people or us specifically? If it's us specifically I'd love to know why so that we can correct the error. Thanks!

      1) Hate = strong word 2) agents don't have contractors best interest = not true (if you put, "some don't have a contractor's best interest at heart", that I would agree with) 3) "vibe doesn't lie well" is subjective to the "vibes you like". There are tens of thousands of agents out there. You only have to find one that you like, takes care of you, and gives off vibes you like. When you generalize that agents don't have your interest, that is your opinion. There are plenty I know that work very hard for their clients. When their clients win, they win. It's that simple. Hire an insurance agent like you would an employee. Know what you are looking for and, if they deliver, renew. If they don't, you move on to another. Developing a relationship with a knowledgeable insurance agent is a great investment in your company's growth and peace of mind when a claim comes. I'm sorry if you've been burned in the past, it happens in every industry. There is no reason to "hate" anyone, except when it's what you want to do.
